What happened with Abyss that his profile is removed? Asked for his release, signed with WWE, there's a 30 page thread about it on here somewhere. Or they're just running an angle where he's gone and will debut down the road with a new character or something. Either way. |

Well, except for TNA fans that have routinely watched TNA Today, since Shillmaster Don West has talked about how Abyss wrestled on the very first TNA show without his mask and SHOWED THE PICTURE, going so far as to offer it for sale ad his deal of the day. You're right, though, he doesn't look like a heel unmasked, he doesn't even look menacing. Hell, he looks like Corky from Life Goes On. |

I remember him working in NWA Wildside as Prince Justice. Actually, I think he looks a lot like Terry Gordy.
I just think having him masked worked better.
