Anybody know how to do this? I view the video, and when I want a picture, I press the print-screen button, and attempt to paste it into MS Paint, Only to see a black screen. The video is sometimes there in Paint, but only if the video is maximized. And even so, the actual video still I want is fixated in one spot. I click save, and get nothing but a black screen. It pisses me off that I can't figure this out.

Open up your real Windows Media Player program. Under the "Tools" menu, go to "Options" and then the "Performance" tab. There'll be a slider for "Video Acceleration" -- slide that down to "none." Then go back and re-load the video again, and it should work. (Just remember to put it back when you're done, if you ever want to watch things in full screen.)
If you know of that already, and it's not working, then I don't know what to tell ya. :\
