Eh, he doesn't exactly look nerdy enough for my tastes. Parker was a huge nerd in high school, and I don't think Mr. Teen Dream over there could really portray him as such. Unless we're going by the movie rule where just by wearing glasses, one automatically becomes a nerd and is the least popular person in school (poor Rachel Leigh Cook ).

I really don't like Kirk Cameron.
Well, that's not true. I do like him, he just makes me laugh now-a-days... for all the wrong reasons.

I think they could of made him nerdy... truthfully, peter parker doesnt look nerdy in comics... when he is drawn with glasses, he just looks like he wears glasses

Unless you mean the animated series. Truthfully, Kirk Cameron is a dude I just can't "buy." Dress him up however you like, tell me he's playing whatever role, I still see Mike Seaver.

I would've just preferred they had Tobey use one-liners. The one he did get to use came out okay.

Had it been done in the eighties/early nineties, John Cusack woulda been the perfect Spidey.

Actually, if we're talking earliest Peter Parker...I kinda think James Rolfe would make a good Pete, if you could lighten his hair to be brown.

My vote for the spidey movie that was never made is Jason Bateman. He would even work well with it now.

Yes I agree. And he should have totally worn that outfit throughout the whole movie when he wasn't in his spidey outfit. LOL Early 90s fashion was so horrible it was funny. LOL

I don't think Cameron would make it as modern Spider-Man, but he'd do great as some kind of kooky direct-to-DVD Christian hero. Worked for Willie Aames as Bibleman. "Who?" you ask? Exactly.
