When is this game coming out? I been waiting forever! (lol at the pun) Last thing I read was "when it's done". Has 3D Realms release any updates for the game? I saw a trailer they released in 2007, but it didn't show much. What's the deal, if Team Fortress 2 can come out, then Duke Nukem Forever can come out too.

You're so young, I almost have a hard time believing you're old enough to remember when this was supposed to come out ;D you certainly weren't old enough to be playing these mature games!

I remember when this was supposed to come out (think it was 1998-1999), and I was already playing Mature games by then (read: Duke Nukem 3-D and Time to Kill for the PS1).
As for 3D Realms, I'm surprised it's been 10 years now, and it still doesn't look like it will ever see the light of day.

I think we all remember the "Epic" trailer from E3. (Or whenever that was.)
If someone can find it, that'd be..........something.

I remember being in school and talking about this release, about 10 yrs ago.
Lord has it been that long.
I also remember the Conker game taking AGES to come out but got repackaged as "Bad Fur Day"

I love how it was reference near the end of no more heroes, what a weird game that was. It's at 3:30 onwards in this video, warning for great big nonsensical spoilers.

Good news, guys! There's going to be a playable demo for the game included free with every copy of the upcoming GNR Chinese Democracy CD.

It must be one heck of a game if they're spending this much time making it.

I might be wrong but wasn't this game suppose to be released on the Sega Dreamcast? I thought it was going to be a launch title, but that might be utterly incorrect.

It must be one heck of a game if they're spending this much time making it. Not in this version.

Are you referring to the Duke Nukem Trilogy trailer from this years E3? That'll becoming out for DS and PSP. Here it is. If this isn't "epic", I don't know what is: I know it looks dumb, and it is. But it's just so epic in it's inanity that I can't help but love it. And I've read about the games themselves. They sound interesting, particularly Proving Grounds, which sends Duke back in time to World War II. Or were you referring to that DNF trailer released at the end of 2007?

the funny thing about DNF is that it was supposed to come out to celebrate the ten year anniversary of the duke nukem franchise.
I'm NOT making that up.

I heard they finally got a group working on it, problem it was the same group that made the native american alien invasion game that took nine years.
I so wanted to mash on my comp playing Duke:Forever while listening to Guns N' Roses.

I so wanted to mash on my comp playing Duke:Forever while listening to Guns N' Roses. prey was weird because it was actually canceled for a couple of years and then they switched over to the doom three engine and pumped out the game in a couple of months. the issue with most of these games is that they're too over ambitious and they keep redesigning the entire game over and over untill they're happy with it.
