Big Show. Fat, lazy and broken down when he got it. A disgrace to wrestling at that time.

Lashley... mainly because he was on RAW more than he was in ECW I'm struggling to come with an answer..did Lashley ever defend the title against anybody on the ECW roster besides Hardcore Holly? Seems like the rest of his time, the ECW title was up for grabs between him and the McMahons. Big Show, Test, and...............um................ Already said Test......already said Big Show....................um...........

Easily RVD. They restarted a brand for him, and he dropped the title after two weeks. A complete failure of a run. They just started wellness at the time, and to have a wrestler get a DUI for smoking weed did make a mockery of the new policy. RVD basically said screw it I'm WWE champ whatever, and pretty much ruined his own reign. I really wanted to see Kurt Angle as ECW champ though. Of all time the worst ECW champ was Justin Credible. Heyman still won't make me a believer in Aldo. Lashley's reign sucked because he only defended it against Vince.

It's funny that they don't test for marijuana though, since that's what RVD got in trouble for. Anyways, I can't argue with the logic about RVD's reign.

Easily Chavo, he literally had the same freaking match every week and was just a bore to watch

Easily Chavo, he literally had the same freaking match every week and was just a bore to watch Other than numerous matches against Punk and the squash by Kane, I can't remember who else he defended the title against, so I vote Chavo. Now that I said that, this reminds me of the Chris Jericho promo where he introduces the cruiserweights competing in the battle royal back in WCW. I'd quote what he said about Chavo, but I'm too lazy to look it up.

Lashley. At least Chavo can wrestle, and had some good matches with Punk. Lashley was boring as hell, didn't need the title, didn't deserve it, and was probably the least extreme guy on the roster. And I say this as someone who likes his wrestling.

Out of the choices presented (I'm in the Justin Credible crowd overall) The top of the bottom to me would be Lashley, Punk, and Chavo.
Lashley's title win was to give him some credibility. Almost like how ROH put their world title on Takeshi Morishima and then had him run through the roster to make it look like he "deserved" to be champion. Lashley was just stuck in an Austin style storyline without being Austin. I remember him calling Vince a "Bald Headed Son of a..." yep, and then Tazz said "Nobody has EVER talked to Mr. McMahon like that."
Punk's run to the title was exciting and then he finally won...and I can't recall a single thing he did during the run until feuding and losing to Chavo. Really. And I do the daggone MV Recap.
Chavo. Turned into Edge's lackey. Had consistant matches with Punk where everyone cried that Punk was being "buried." And just overall did nothing with the belt to help it. It was nice to see a consistantly good wrestler get a world title, but he did nothing with it and the reign felt wasted.
So, add me to the giant pool voting for Chavo. Punk's run was to get him noticed...which I guess it did, even if I can't remember it. Chavo's reign was for a known veteran to get a "Thank You" run to make the title mean more...and he failed horribly.

Henry, by far. Chavo can, at the very least, cut a promo, get some legit heat, and.... oh, whats the word I'm looking for...... WRESTLE!!! Mizark is champ only because the E was placating him after Freebird's loose lip. "Wrestling" doesn't really matter much and considering that the moves are choregraphed, no one is actually wrestling out there. Oh no, really? And here I am, thinking all these guys really hate each other! I bet they go out to eat together after the show, right? Henry moves as slow as a Luger promo.

If you like Chavo more than Henry good for you, I was just bringing that up because I hear that quite often.

Hardly a disgrace the way I see it, but whatever. Disgrace that a man who was overweight and out of shape due to his own well-documented laziness was pushed ahead of people who have busted their ass every day for a fraction of his opportunities. But as you say, this is only as I see it, opinions and horses for courses

I'm not trying to compare what the E is to the Olympics or anything, all I'm saying is Henry is a big, strong guy who can't really work a descent match, and yet he's champ...

I wish I kept track of which opinions came from where sometimes, because so many people talk about Regal or Hardy being over and that meaning their personal problems shouldn't matter, and yet Big Show gets so much condemnation for just being fat, rather than on drugs. Quite apart from which, yes, he was over and worked some good matches despite being terribly out of shape.
