So obviously I'm out of bandwith. I deleted a bunch of pictures, yet it doesn't seem to matter. Is there any way around this?

Bandwidth is how much data can be transferred. Your only options are either a) upgrading the account, or b) getting a new account.
When I use images on various message boards I always use different photobucket accounts so as to not destroy my bandwidth, because once you go over your monthly allotment than you're done for the month.

I know what bandwith is, but I figured if I deleted some of my old photoshops that are still floating around, burried on page thirty of the 'Crap, it would lighten the amount of bandwith I was using. Oh well, I guess I'll get a new account. Do I need to use a different Email address?

No see you can't change the amount of bandwidth that you've already used. What you did was just delete stuff that was taking up storage space. Basically you did the equivalent of taken junk out of your car. Yeah, there isn't as much stuff in your car anymore, but it's still driven all the miles that it has.
I don't *think* you need another email address, but I have multiple ones anyways because of work and such.

Umm... I'd just use www.tinypic.comYou can register on it to find all your photos and although it's not laid out quite as nicely, there's no bandwidth issues, at least that I know of.
