So I filled out about 10 job applications yesterday. I got a responce from one company, Epic. However, there are 2 problems: I can't remember what position I appilied for and I can't find anything about the company. The only reason I know the name of the company is that they emailed me.

You could always send an email asking loaded questions that will get you added information about the company, in addition to the "obvious" answers that you need.
I'd love to learn a bit more about your company before I interview. Do you typically interview on-site, or elsewhere? Could you please provide a store and office telephone contact number in addition to this email address?
Once you get a store number, you can call as a customer and get a mailing/store address.
Become more organized. My cousin put together an insanely organized binder, listing every resume/application, method of contact, date of contact, etc. That will help you out down the line.

Is it Epic, as in Epic Games? If so, that's pretty awesome.

Took a while to back track but I found the job. It's for a proposal writing position.

That once happened to me when they rang me up for a phone interview. All I asked was if they could tell me more about the role and what the company does. Makes you seem more keen about the role when in reality you're absolutly clueless!
