According to reports. Of course, the thing is Michael is younger than Paul and would be expected to live longer, though it is a good gesture on his part. I'm sure it will go to Paul's family. If Paul does marry again, how would a prenup work out after his passing? Would it prevent a gold digger from getting the rights or a cut of the money if he were to marry again?

With the reports of Jacko on Death's Door, it looks like he is trying to make up for past indescretions, which is good because McCartney should have those songs that Jackson bought out from under him so long ago.
