I dont know if there had been one but im curiosu to who would be decided as the best IC title this way. Honky Tonk Man hled it for 64 but that doesnt mean he can win a tourney like this!!

The Hammer held the title for close to 10 months, so I voted for him. Umaga is one of my favorite current wrestlers, though.

Valentine easily. Just about any IC champ from 1980-1998 will beat just about any IC champ from 1999 and beyond. That's my preference of course.

Jonny Nitro Won title twice on June 25 2006 from Shelton Benjiman ( lost to Jeff Hardy, Oct 2 2006) and on November 6 2006 from Jeff Hardy (lost to Jeff hardy Nov 13 2006) vs Don Muraco Won title on 2 occasions: June 20 1981 from Pedro Morales( lost to Pedro Morales, Nov 23 1981) January 22 1983 From Pedro Morales ( lost to Tito Santana, Feb 11 1984)
