You guys know how this works and this will probably be much more popular than the fighting game one I tried (Which will still pop up occasionally). In the event of a tie both will carry on to the next day to meet some other challenger. I will try and vary the sources from comics to TV show characters.
I'm also going to add a bit of story to this to make it interesting, it's still a favorite poll but it's going to have continuity!
I will happily take requests for future opponents. But in the meantime we have to continue with the adventures of Kilowog!
--------------------------------------
Last time the Mayor rang and told Kilowog the local bank was being robbed. Kilowog responded by charging his green lantern ring and jetting out to the scene of the disturbance.
He landed with impact outside the bank as the spectators applauded the hero the robber emerged with his swag.

"Um Hi, you might think your going to stop me but I have hired some help."
A loud grunt can be heard from inside the bank as some masonry comes flying out, Kilowog avoids it and prepares himself. On that note the robber scampers away leaving Kilowog to face the full force of ... The Rhino!
Can Kilowog overcome the hired help?
Kilowog

A member of the Green Lantern Corps. Kilowog rarely tires, can lift several tons, and can crush solid steel. His hard skin deflects bullets and knives, but a sizable bomb will knock him off his feet. Kilowog is a mechanical genius from Bolovax Vik and has the use of the green lantern ring. A good friend of Hal Jordan he is considered kind, generous, loyal and humble.
vs
Rhino

The brute who would become the Rhino (Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich) was a small time Russian henchman. He was contacted by Eastern Block agents, and willingly agreed to become the subject in an experiment to transform him into a superhuman assassin. At the hands of a couple of Russian scientists using chemical and radiation treatments, the Rhino was created. He became the possessor of super strength and a super tough skin which was "permanently" grafted to his own. As for the Rhino's limited intelligence, and instinct to charge before thinking... well, they were already part of his psyche long before the costume arrived.

Kilowog was given the chance to answer the mayor's phone call over The Human Torch (26-23)
