On to Round 3 ....
In the event of a tie both will carry on to the next day to meet some other challenger. I will try and vary the sources from comics to TV show characters.
I'm also going to add a bit of story to this to make it interesting, it's still a favorite poll but it's going to have continuity!
I will happily take requests for future opponents. But in the meantime we have to continue with the adventures of Kilowog!
--------------------------------------
Last time Kilowog arrived to stop the bank robbery, unfortunately he was unprepared for the Rhino who was on the scene. Now we find Rhino holding an unconscious Kilowog by the scruff of the neck.
"Huh, that wasn't so tough"
Rhino slams Kilowog into the ground cracking the pavement and then heads down a back alley after the robber for his payment.

He soon catches up with the robber.
"Well what do you know, you beat down that Green Lantern"
"Yeah, his lights out for good. Now where is my money?"
As the robber splits the cash with Rhino from out of the shadows a man approaches. He simply states ...
"Hand the money over, I have far more pressing matters at hand than you can possibly comprehend!"
Can the robber and Rhino retain there ill-gotten gains?
Rhino

The brute who would become the Rhino (Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich) was a small time Russian henchman. He was contacted by Eastern Block agents, and willingly agreed to become the subject in an experiment to transform him into a superhuman assassin. At the hands of a couple of Russian scientists using chemical and radiation treatments, the Rhino was created. He became the possessor of super strength and a super tough skin which was "permanently" grafted to his own. As for the Rhino's limited intelligence, and instinct to charge before thinking... well, they were already part of his psyche long before the costume arrived.
vs
Johnny Sorrow

Johnny was a silent film actor, but after being forced into retirement by the then-new "talkies," he turned to a life of crime. He would eventually come into possession of a "Subspace Prototype", that enabled him to become intangible. During a fight with the Justice Society, Sandy the Golden Boy destroyed the Subspace Prototype, which threw Johnny into another dimension. In this "fractional dimension," one of the "Subtle Realms", Sorrow's body was hideously altered. There he found beings that had apparently been banished there when The Presence finished creating the universe. They were led by a massive creature called the King of Tears. These entities gave Johnny a golden mask that would contain his new form and allow him to manifest in the regular world. Johnny Sorrow now appears to be an invisible man in a red zoot suit, with an expressionless golden mask floating where his face should be. He was then sent back so that he could bring the King of Tears out into the world. Johnny Sorrow's face is so hideous that people who view it die, though there are a few exceptions. Sorrow is intangible, but can become solid and must in order to remove his mask. Once solid, he cannot become intangible again until the mask is replaced. While tangible, he can be hurt by physical force as well as matter manipulation. He also once proved vulnerable to a recorded image of his own face, which briefly solidified and paralyzed him. He has also shown the ability to teleport himself and others as well as levitate.
