Some really good stuff right here. I wish I could find more old Byte This stuff; I know WWE would never bring it back.

Never saw that before, good stuff.
I always wanted to watch Byte This, but I had crappy 56k-networked over two-three comps during it's run and was using outdated comps.

There is alot of truth in that video.
I never really realized what Vince has done to ECW. Im not really one to talk, as I often am the first to say "Deal with it" but its a real shame. Its nice that its a training ground now, but the name ECW once stood for so much more. When was the last time we saw an extreme rules match? a hardcore match in general?

I remember watching this, this show gave me a new perspective on the DVD. I remember Heyman talking about Tazz crying on the DVD. I miss Byte This. What company's name do they censor? TNA?

That's awesome. I never did like the attacks by Douglass and Funk on the original One Night Stand. WWE was putting it on for money, but Dreamer and Sandman and those guys were on that PPV for one reason only, and it sure as hell wasn't money.

Most of the old Byte This' are on WWE.com. And whatever they bleeped was a curse and not TNA. I can't think of the word now, but I have watched this episode enough to know they didn't mention TNA.

When was the last time we saw an extreme rules match? a hardcore match in general?Only about a month ago with Dreamer v. Jack Swagger, which was a damn good match by the way. You can have all the "spirit" of ECW you want, but with today's overly picky audience; having extreme rules matches every week would just be overkill and would take the "special" feeling away from them for quite a few people. I'd much rather WWE keep taking it in the direction it's going right now, where they're more of a special attraction to settle important feuds than the main attraction. But that's just me. The video was great though, it's nice to hear both of their perspectives just before going in to the big show, they certainly seemed pumped up and ready to 'bring it', and it certainly showed when it aired of course.

When was the last time we saw an extreme rules match? a hardcore match in general? ecw was pretty much a training ground for those wanting to join the big two back then anyway and as for the wcw sucks comment and the comment that nobody wants a wcw reunion show, the only reason people were salivating for an ecw reunion show in the first place was because wwe were putting it over so much and got their own audience to buy into the hype, if it was just the bingo hall crowd and internet smarks (that truely were fans back in the day) then the dvd would have sold less than a 'best of thunder' dvd set, id bet everything i own that a wcw reuinion show with even a fraction of the hype behind it would do far better than ONS did

The reason why there will never be a WCW reunion show is because just about everybody from WCW has wrestled in WWE, usually against each other at one point or another.

Are you saying that a House Of Horrors reunion cage match or Big T vs. Harelm Heat II wouldn't do better business than Wrestlemania III

Are you saying that a House Of Horrors reunion cage match or Big T vs. Harelm Heat II wouldn't do better business than Wrestlemania III Big T was in Harlem Heat 2000. And while the Chamber Of Horrors match was a hell of a draw, I don't believe it would get the 400,000 buys that WrestleMania III got. For the record, Halloween Havoc 91, which featured the CoH, drew the lowest buyrate of any WCW pay per view upto that point.

apart from the last 10 seconds I thought that was pretty boring and both of them had a good few minutes of droning on and dragging out there single point. I'm always a fan of Heyman and ECW Dreamer, but, for me ..That video there wasn't what I was expecting when the thread says that they're awesome.
