Why hasn't Long ever punished Miz, Morrison, Swagger or Henry by making them go one on one with...DA UNDATAKAH!

Undertaker said he's out of freebies, and ECW can't afford the appearance fee.

The talent exchange now is between Raw and ECW isn't it? Not that it stops anyone from showing up on SmackDown whenever they feel like it anyways though.

They should make fun of Teddy Long on the Dirt Sheet then on ECW T'Lo can announce that on Smackdown they have a cage match against the Undertaker.

Raw and ECW doesn't have a talent exchange really. Raw just take, take, takes and gives nothing back.
Let's see they took, Punk, Kane, Layla, Kofi and Striker in the draft. Took Kelly two weeks later, took Knox after he was little over a month back. Even though he was technically still ECW, they had a lock on Evan Bourne 3 months after he debuted. Not to mention they're seemingly guaranteed to get Miz and Morrison each week.
Seems Raw raids this version of ECW faster than the original one
