I'm not exactly sure how this popped into my head. I think I was eating dinner last night and talking to someone on the phone, and it hit me: how on earth is Kane a free man considering all of the things he's done?
Here is a list of things that would land any of us in prison, but not Kane:
-Beating up old women like Linda McMahon and Mae Young.
-Violating an innocent young girl like Katie Vick.
-Setting Jim Ross on fire.
-Killing your parents.
-Harrassing Kelly Kelly.
I mean, the list goes on and on, but no action has been taken! What gives?

Linda McMahon, Mae Young, JR and Kelly Kelly would have to press charges, which none of them did apparently. As for Kaite Vick and his parents, it's simply heresay. No one has ever proven that he commited either of those acts.

Actually he was after he set JR on fire, they had him on house arrest where he would come to the ring with shackles and chains on his wrists and feet, but they'd remove it when it came time for him to wrestle.

I remember they used to have someone in the WWE magazine add up all the crimes a certain wrestler has committed, and tell the number of years they would serve in prison were they to be arrested.

Kane has a lot of get out of jail free cards. Also JR threatened to sue but he dropped it for some kind of match.

Kane has diplomatic immunity Everytime I read this, I think of the villain from Lethal Weapon 2 right before Danny Glover shoots him in the head. *holds up card* "DIPLOMATIC IMMMMUNIIITTTYYYYY!"

If Kane were arrested he wouldn't go to jail anyway, since he'd be declared legally insane. He'd just wind up in cushy mental hospital. Having Kane remain free so he can participate in nutty plotlines and job to Rey Mysterio is a far worse punishment.

And that was a badass entrance If I ever get put on house arrest, I'm demanding they forgoe the lowjack and simply shackle me up like Kane.

Also didn't technically Undertaker start the fire that killed his parents?
(Well Takers father and their mother, since Kane's father is Bearer.)

Have you seen the lawyer WWE has? I'm sure Kane has him on speed dial.

I always thought a funny storyline would be the cops coming for Taker. They can't arrest him because he's been legally dead for years.
