Anybody order these before? As far as I can figure, you're supposed to go get the tickets the day of the event, but that just seems like people would get leftovers. Have you or anyone you know received the free tickets for military? My brother'd like to know.

Have you tried ringing WWE headquaters directly?

Try calling the arena to see if they can get in contact with WWE about it.

If anyone finds out anything about this, let us know. One of my closest friends and other more casual friends of mine served in Iraq. WWE letting military personnel in free is very classy and commendable. I am curious about how one goes about getting the free tickets and if there is anything the personnel should know in regards to attending the events, such as if there is a limit to the number of shows they can attend for free or if they have to wait until the day of the show to get the tickets, etc. Surely they cannot require that they attend the show in uniform; that just seems wrong.

I would imagine they would just have to show their military ID.

Yeah, I assumed that much. I only brought up attending the show in uniform because I know WWE probably likes it when the personnel attend the show in uniform and come in small groups, just because they can pay tribute to them on camera (not to mention it allows them to plug that great service they give to the troops). Though WWE probably likes it when the troops come to show in uniform, they surely are not shallow enough to require it. I really shouldn't have mentioned that in my post.

I'm sure most bases are like mine, you'd probably have to go to Outdoor Recreation or have them ask their First Sergeant. We had WWE come to Fort Collins, Colorado (FAR FAR FAR from a sellout), so they were selling reduced price tickets to Smackdown for $15 a pop with ID. This was back when Smackdown was obviously the B-show, so it wasn't even close to worth it. Plus, Paul London was on Raw, and he was my favorite guy... until they fired him

corporate.wwe.com/UPDATE: WWE Offers Free Tickets to US Military World Wrestling Entertainment is offering all U.S. military personnel free tickets to its live events in the U.S. as another way for the company to show its gratitude for their service to their country. Effective immediately, U.S. military personnel from the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and National Guard can claim a free ticket to any WWE RAW or SmackDown live event in their local area (U.S. only) – excluding WrestleMania -- by going to their local arena box office with a military ID the day of the WWE live event.
