I have been awake, and online researching, for a LONG time.
How often do you usually spend online a day? & whats the most you've ever been online for?
Not just wrestlecrap, but on messenger, facebook/myspace, any other site?

Too long, my friend. Far too long.
Pretty much all the time I am at home, I am online.
I might be doing other stuff, but I am always online.

Same here, not much to do when you can't afford to go out or don't have buddies close by to hang out with.
At least 6 hours a day.

This I have a habit not ever closing my windows so I am usually online 24 hours day. As for actual time I'm on the computer 2-3 hours a day. I don't own a TV so the net is how I get all my news, entertainment and everything else.

I'm at my computer usually 8-10 hours a day because I have no life.
I'm always connected, but I'm not always doing stuff online. Sometimes I'm watching DVDs or playing Sims 2.

I actually vary in how much Im online. I can go days just checking Facebook, to being online for hours and hours at a time, both researching or looking up things, or just doing something else entires, or just being so BORED and not leaving the computer because there's nothing else to do.
I, too, don't own a TV, so the net has all my needs I have to fix. Why can't people see that? Why is it that if you're on MSN, or Facebook, for so many hours a day someone comments on it? Usually I just respond with the fact I recently quit a full-time job so Im getting used to the pressures of NO job, and that I don't have a TV and my comp is just there online, but then I think... Why should I explain myself as I'm not harming myself in doing so. If this was television, and we were all sat there with headsites talking about what we're seeing, would that be the same thing? Why is somebody who is online for a certain amount of time considered a "geek," or a "nerd," for doing so?
I have a beautiful girlfriend who works night twice a week, and those nights she's not here I can be online all night... & then single people will ask why Im not with my girlfriend lol, is it still so outlandish to think that in day and age, 3 years off the suspected date that the people in power reckon EVERY home will be hooked up to Broadband in the UK and the US, why is it so bizarre to think it unsociable, or even almost wierd, for somebody to be at their desk for such a long time?
Im not talking days, Im talking hours. I still listen to music. I still watch whatever, and Im getting more of my required amount of reading a day just by being online. And what REALLY pisses me off, is those people who are on FB all day but it doesnt count when they're in work, and then they come home and are on for three hours and ask why you're on so much... When they're even on it in work!?!?
What a rant but it's just wierd!

Much more than I should. I'm still looking for a full time job so need to be on the net to look for said jobs. Plus when your friends have all moved away it gives me something to do.

I'm at my computer usually 8-10 hours a day because I'm currently unemployed. I'm always connected, but I'm not always doing stuff online. Sometimes I'm watching TV/DVDs or playing PS2 and need a quick cheat code video game enhancement to input. Fixed...for my scenario.

I'm always online on my laptop while not necessary paying full attention though. Sometimes I'll watch some online videos while playing my Xbox for example.

Technically I'm online 24/7, even when the PC is off...
Actually, I'm semi-online from 10am to 2am, but I'm not always there. In terms of active and actual presence, it varies, but I'd say a good 5-6 hours.

I've been online a lot more than usual lately, due to my workplace going to a shorter work week because of the current economy. I've been researching all sorts of things, but especially this week I've been researching the James Bulger murder case, of all things. Trying to understand the "why" of it, I suppose.

Far, far too long. The last few days, maybe only 2 or 3 hours, on a good (bad?) day, I can be online for 15, 16 hours.
