Scotty is right, it is really random for them to give him an online show - sure he's funny, but surely he needs TV time to go with it?
As for the show itself, it was alright. Doesn't appear to be much point to it though, it seems ike its just him insulting guys a la Dirt Sheet (which is the most hit and miss thing ever). Hopefully it'll get a bit better, but I'm glad they're at least doing SOMETHING with him.
