I see Manu being released. I just have a feeling he will be. Likewise, I can see Deuce/Sim Snuka joining him in pursuing future endeavors.

i just read on perez that WWE is laying off 10% of their employees Holy excretory matter! That also includes employees at Titan towers though.. So it won't affect the wrestlers Sports Entertainers Superstars Entertainers too much.... Hopefully...

If Val and Funaki get released I'm going to cry myself to sleep in a pile of empty Ice Cream containers.

I just read that referee Mike Posey was released. We better not see Val Venis OR D'Lo Brown on the list today.... Dammit, I like Mike. Anyway, I would think guys like Val, D'Lo, Funaki, Tony Chimmel and Helms are on the block. I'd expect more main roster guys that aren't being used than developmental talent simple because of salary. I don't see Helms being released, the others would be more likely.

I've got my money on Softcore Holly, he's been on borrowed time since his debut.

I'd say Mike Knox's beard has an outside chance of being released.

I'd say Mike Knox's beard has an outside chance of being released. Release Knox, sign his beard to a 5 year deal and give it to Hornswaggle. A Leprechaun with a beard that drags on the floor would Print Money for the WWE.

Now that Snitsky is gone I cannot instantly assume who it'll be anymore. His name is Kung Fu Naki. And he likes to drink his saki

So...Referee Mike Posey was released I wouldn't be surprised to see D'Lo go. He was brought back for a nostalgia pop...that never really happened. And if it did...it went away rather quickly. Hawkins and Ryder are probably on the list of possible cuts. It's going to be a bummer of a day. Last big cut day, I remember, ECW lost all of their known jobbers. Nunzio, Stevie, and, of course, James Curtis.

I don't think Val will be released. I see Val as being someone who will be with the WWE as long as he wants. He'll be an agent/trainer.

Wow, they let go of 56 people last year, I'm guessing they maybe calling a bunch more people up soon for ECW.
Anyway, my predictions (though I'd like not for some to be released, of course:
Raw: -Candice Michelle -Hacksaw Jim Duggen (from a talent contract, though I think he has a legend's contract anyway) -Hardcore Holly -Val Venis
Smackdown: -Hawkins & Ryder -Jimmy Wang Yang
ECW: -Bam Neely
FCW: -Mike Kruel -Ian Richardson -Vic Adams
I think Spears, Braddock and Goldman are gonna stay. Spears is consistently getting pushed in FCW, Braddock was repackaged, and Goldman got a good win recently. Some of the FCW guys as well will likely stay, the ones I've mentioned haven't been used recently, or there seems to be no plans in the works for them. Even though they were used as more or less job guys on Smackdown, I feel they will be brought back up eventually.

Duggan is on a pay per appearance deal so he only cost WWE when he is used.

Holly hasn't been seen since Rhodes turned heel and I doubt no one will miss him.
Venis still get's a pop from the crowd and i'm sure he helps out backstage.

That also includes employees at Titan towers though.. So it won't affect the wrestlers Sports Entertainers Superstars Entertainers too much.... Hopefully... Well, this latest PWInsider bit quoted in the original post specifically indicates "talent." Plus they already reported the 10% staff reduction at Titan Towers. So if they're right, this is definitely a roster culling day.
