Round 27 has arrived!
In the event of a tie both will carry on to the next day to meet some other challenger. I will try and vary the sources from comics to TV show characters.
I'm also going to add a bit of story to this to make it interesting, it's still a favorite poll but it's going to have continuity!
I will happily take requests for future opponents. But in the meantime we have to continue the story ...
--------------------------------------
*Last time Vanisher had teleported Iron Man to a lava world movie lot down the road. Iron Man grabs him by the arm*
Iron Man: Enough games, tell me who you are working for and what his plans are, or do you think you can teleport in time to avoid a repulsor blast?
Vanisher: Okay, okay ... I'm working for Diablo s he needs money for some experiment he is doing, but he himself is but an underling for the leader of the Legion.
Iron Man: The Legion? and who is this leader
Peter Jackson: Would you get off my stage!!
Iron Man: What?
Peter Jackson: I am trying to make a film here!
*Then the roof breaks open and in flys Wonder Woman. Peter Jackson groans and then walks off to the editing room his stage destroyed in the rubble.*
Wonder Woman: Iron Man, I have been told to bring you to trial at the Justice League, you can come quietly or I will take you by force.
Iron Man: What is this?
Vanisher: *Laughs, and telports away.*
*Iron Man turns to face Wonder Woman, trying to decide if she is genuine or not.*
*Will Ironman go with Wonder Woman or will she have to use force?*

Born Anthony Edward "Tony" Stark, he suffers a severe heart injury during a kidnapping and is forced to build a destructive weapon. He instead creates a power suit to save his life and help him escape. He later decides to use the suit to protect the world as the superhero, Iron Man. He is a wealthy industrialist and genius inventor who created military weapons and whose metal suit is laden with technological devices that enable him to fight crime. Initially, Iron Man was a vehicle for Stan Lee to explore Cold War themes, particularly the role of American technology and business in the fight against communism. Subsequent re-imaginings of Iron Man have gradually removed the Cold War themes, replacing them with more contemporary concerns such as corporate crime and terrorism. Throughout most of the comic's history, Iron Man has been a member of the superhero team the Avengers and has been featured in several incarnations of his own various comic book series. The character has been adapted for several animated TV shows, as well as for the 2008 live action films Iron Man and a cameo in The Incredible Hulk where he is played by Robert Downey, Jr.

Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman is a member of a fictional, all-female tribe of Amazons (based on the Amazons of Greek mythology) who is sent to "man's world" as an ambassador of peace, charged with the mission of imparting the Amazonian ideals of peace and harmony to "Patriarch's World." Among the Amazons she is known as Princess Diana (being the daughter of Amazon queen Hippolyta); in "man's world" she takes the secret identity of Diana Prince. Her powers include super strength, enhanced speed and stamina, and flight. She is highly proficient in hand-to-hand combat and in the art of tactical warfare. She also possesses an animal-like cunning and a natural rapport with animals, which has in the past been presented as an actual ability to communicate with the animal kingdom. She also makes use of her Lasso of Truth (which forces those bound by it to tell the truth) and a pair of indestructible bracelets. Created during World War II, the character was initially depicted fighting the Axis military forces, as well as an assortment of supervillains and supervillainesses. In later decades, some writers and their editors preferred to retain the World War II setting, while others updated the series to reflect an ongoing "present day." Wonder Woman has also regularly appeared in the team books Justice Society (from 1941) and Justice League (from 1960). Arguably the most popular and iconic superheroine in comics, she is informally grouped with Superman and Batman as one of a "Trinity" of DC characters who are regarded as especially important, both within their fictional universe and without.
