Speaking of the Forum Games section...
If I was maybe going to start a forum game, but wished to see how people would respond (Basically a thread to see if people are interested in it), that would go in Forum Games, correct?

How do I change my password? Either click on your screen name to the left of your post or click on profile (under the date and time up top) and then click on "Modify Profile". Under your user name, there should be two blanks. Put what you want your new password to be in both of those and click "Modify Profile" or "Save Changes" at the bottom.

How about changing your email address associated with the account? Profile --> Modify Profile --> E-Mail Address Gracias senor. Next question: is there a way (I didn't see one) to make it so I get email notifications of PMs? I know on every board I post on, there's that option, but I didn't see it here.

Go to your PM inbox and click on "Preferences". You can set it up so that you receive an e-mail, an alert box, or both.

Would a thread enquiring about a programme to rip tracks from CDs and covert them into MP3s be violating any rules?

Would a thread enquiring about a programme to rip tracks from CDs and covert them into MP3s be violating any rules? Madison started a thread about finding free programs to rip DVDs ( link), so I don't see why your thread would be a problem. Just make sure there isn't any discussion about how to obtain bootleg versions of programs that would otherwise cost money.

Is it allowed to poke fun at the rules?
Example: the thread I just made..."I'd talk about my recent break-up with my girlfriend, but the board rules prohibit condoning or promoting drug/alcohol use." I'd hope it's in the save vein as the Animaniacs "we'd love to give you the bird, but the FOX censors won't let us." Anyways, please tell me now so I can change that thread around and avoid being banned.

I don't see a problem. Seems like you're at least acknowledging and abiding by the rule rather than protesting or trying to skirt around it.

This might sound weird but is there some way to get a list of Banned posters posted up? I was wondering what happened to a few folks and assumed that they might have been banned.

Are there any rules pertaining to bumping threads? I don't like to, but I just wasn't sure as to avoid any warnings or anything in the future.

If you actually have something to add to the thread then it's fine to bump it with a reply. But if it's simply typing "bump" or something similar, then expect it to be locked.

Is there anyway to modify a poll to lock it? I have a poll open in my Tosh vs. McHale thread and wanted to lock it, but I don't see any way how, can you?

How many threads can you have on one page? I like to keep it limited to 2, as to not push other threads down but is 2 too much?
