How exactly did (storyline wise) these stables end?

Not sure about the Ministry, but there was some in-fighting between members. Like the Brood vs. the Acolytes and Mideon.
X-Factor was done and over with when Justin Credible left to join the Alliance for the Invasion angle. Leaving X-Pac and Albert as a tag team for a few brief appearances. Afterwards, X-Pac got injured and Albert was left alone and soon joined up with Scotty 2 Dopey.
Un-Americans broke up because of some more in-fighting and miscommunication that resulted in multiple losses, including the tag team titles. Regal and Storm became a tag team and Christian and Test headed to singles action.

Worse then American Males even....... That's a bold statement. Bold... but true. For the record, the Ministry should have never ended... Mideon should have just dissipated. I miss that Undertaker.

And let us not forget that before the Ministry collapsed, they became the Corporate Ministry aka the WWF.

My ears cringed everytime X-factor came out with that dopey Uncle Kracker song (I'm sorry, it's hard to be a bad ass when you have "I got everything I ever waaaaaanted, and I ain't ever gonna give that back") I think that's how it goes. Oh well.
