What team do you see as the top team to lead tag division in the WWE.
I'm going with MNM on this one.
Although SD & Maven are good together, their future remains a question.

you more or less have to pick MNM or dean and maven. all the others have been around and have gotten as far as they're gonna get i think.

I voted Bashams, MNM need to give Paul London his coats back. I think if there were other actual tag teams on Smackdown for them to compete with, we'd all think more highly of the Bashams. They haven't exactly made a huge splash, but the thread title is "most potential".

the bashams are good enough wrestlers they just need to get out of that idiotic cabinet.

I went with MNM, but based on what I saw on OVW tapes the Bashams have the most potential on their own. I can't wait for them to let Doug go on his own and give him a gimmick that actually works.

I went with MNM, even though I think they're going to get shoved to the back burner once Melina breaks away from them (which will probably happen within the next year, so that McMahon can concentrate on pushing her and her boobs, rather than the tag-team she's managing). They've work the best together of any of the other teams, and they have the best move set, I feel.
As for the other teams:
Hurricane & Rosey are good, but Helms is capable of SO much more. The team is also frequently misused, and I'm not convinced that this push with the tag-belts is going to change things over night for them.
The Heartthobs fail to do anything in the ring to impress me.
Regal is getting to the point where he shouldn't be in the ring, anymore. I'd sooner see him manage Tajiri and Eugene Dinsmore in the tag ranks.
The only talented member of La Resistance is on SmackDown. The gimmick has worn out its welcome, too.
Simon Dean & Maven..... they've got potential. Now if they'd just be used on Raw, instead of Heat/Velocity.
Hardcore Holly is holding Charlie Haas back from a great run as a single's wrestler (or maybe I should blame booking? Who cares?! He should be going for the U.S. Title, right now).
The Bashums are good, but stale.

MNM by far. Hurricane and Rosey are all done once their title reign is finished...there's no where else they can go as a team. Regal & Tajiri will probably be split as will The Bashams. The Heart Throbs will get a title reign but it has nothing to do with skill. They're fresh faces and that's it. La Res is a tired act. Dean and Maven have potential, the WWE just needs to invest more in them as a serious team instead of a comedy act. Haas and Holly are just filler. I have an inkling one of them may be sent to Raw jsut to move some midcarders around.

MNM have the most potential as a team, but that is if they (WWE) build a division to keep them looking strong. Right now.. who else will the lose the titles to? The Bashams? There goes their cred in my book.
