Who find out entertaining.I mean.I saw C.M. Punk{the dumbest name in wrestling} wrestle for the first time. Their match was very good and lasted at least somewhat 11 minutes.I was expecting a weak job,but I expect C.M. Punk to work a couple more Heats before be put on RAW,if he is even employed by the WWE.Val can still hang, and it saddens me they are'nt gonna push the guy anymore.Sure, his gimmick may not be as over as it was in 1999,but it certainly isnt booed or groaned at when I see it.
I actually listened to the commentary this time, and I can say that I have a tough time telling the difference between Todd and Coach.I only know its Coach when he says something funny or heelish.
Then you saw the Greatest Master Challenge of all time! He picked out the SKINNIEST guy I had ever seen.He looked to weigh no more than a poprtart. It was a great promo with Masters talking about how this could be his greatest challenge yet.Even better when Coach agreed with Masters. Then he applied, and the guy's feet NEVER TOUCHED THE FLOOR!He was being swung as hard as I've ever seen, left and right and back again. And instead of normally droppping them,he lifted him up and did somewhat of a full-nelson facefirst slam.It should've been on RAW!
Then we got to Antonio vs William Regal. The pre-match promo with the Heartthrobs was hilarious. At least it had some mini-storyline about how Regal left a huge welt on Antonio's face, and he cant get a good date for the time.I agree that they arent Billy&Chuck V2.They are actually like really hard-clubbers and Chippendale-ish chick magnets. One exchange had me really pumped and lauhing. It was end where it went about as follows{as close as I remember,so may be some big errors}:
Antonio: and we,the HeartThrobs, are gonna be going:Whoa! Whoa! Whoa!
Romeo:and all the ladies will be going:OH!OH!OH!
Antonio:.....but William Regal will be going....NO....NO....NO!
There was also a part where Antonio was telling Regal about how his welt cause him to cancel his date with " whats her name,...Rose?,was it Rose?,It doesnt Matter!
This has to be the best Heat I've seen.

What's Heat? It's pretty cold where I'm at. ;D
Actually CM Punk is not signed but I would expect him to be in the future. He is one of the better Indy guys out there and along with his friend, Colt Cabana (who might be one of the most entertaining guys out there) I expect them to be signed sometime this year.

The Hearthrobs are not Billy & Chuck v.2
They are Too Much v.2
Just look their facial expressions and they're hyena yelps. Same damn thing.
I think the black haired one (Antonio right?) is a complete douche bag. The other one is a little better.

The blond one was the complete douchebag, hence why Regal stiffed him last week.
A Masters segment that someone thinks SHOULD have been on Raw?

I see the Heartthrobs as more the new Playboy Doug Summers and Pretty Boy Buddy Love. Two ugly guys that think they hot stuff.

The Venis/Punk match may end up being the Heat MOTY. Until Punk contiues to show up on Heat . I'm kinda mad that he's going to the WWE as he may become a jobber and his sXe gimmick will be so toned down it will be either unnoticable or just plain done with.

Val Venis has everything to be a main event, except the elusive "it" factor.
He has charisma, intensity, mic skills, in-ring talent, he can fly a bit, he can chain and mat wrestle, and he has the right look.
Unfortunately, he is just missing a little something.
Val Venis is like Al Snow: So close, yet so far. It sucks to see them where they are, but WWE has tried to push them before, and push them hard, but for some reason they never click.
It's great they chose Venis vs. C.M. Punk, though. A guy like Venis can wrestle with almost anyone. If you can't wrestle with a guy like Venis, you suck in the ring.

I missed the CM punk match which totally ticked me off. I have yet to see him truly work except for clips and the matches i did see my head was usually to "foggy" to remember.

They made it quite clear they're straight
Party Boys I think they are. Depending on who you talk to they're either Too Cool V2 or based on the night at the roxbury skits from SNL
I saw the last 20 mins of it and man that was one nasty welt on Antonio!

I believe that the Heartthrobs are supposed to be metrosexuals that sometimes don't realize how "gay" they seem.
Onto CM Punk, my only reason for recently watching heat. He managed to get some serious heat from the crowd for being an unsigned talent. The best part was when he did the Val hip-swivel, and then gave the heelest smirk EVER to the camera. When I saw that, I knew that he was GOLD.

that "it" is a good gimmick- how do we hold a porn star as a credible main eventer? That's part of the reason, but isn't quite "it", either. It was his porn star gimmick that pushed to him to midcard status. But at that point, no one could take a seriously, not even as a heel. I could have, and I bet many more on this board could have, but who else will? I mean, Triple H, Cactus Jack, The Rock, and Steve Austin had there crappy gimmicks. But they rocketed to stardom. I just think Val Venis hit the midcard wall, and couldn't move forward. His porn star gimmick only made it worse. Val is great. But the problem is, the WWE has tried to push him, away from porn star gimmicks, but he always fell flat. It wasn't because of him, either. It was the funs didn't respond to him.
