The rumored Triple H-Batista Hell in a Cell match will be taking place at the next RAW brand pay-per-view Vengeance. In their monthly PPV newsletter today, WWE confirmed that the pair will face off at the event on June 26. The newsletter also confirmed the ECW PPV for June 12. www.lordsofpain.net/news/2005/articles/1115662646.phpThis is just to let everyone know who already doesnt. We all basically knew that HHH vs. Batista in HIAC was gonna happen but know it has been confirmed so consider the Gold Rush tourny basically just to push the Batista vs. HHH feud

Assuming Batista still has the title at Vengenace, I don't like his chances. I really can't picture H doing the job 3 times in a row. And to be honest, I'm not even sure if I would buy Batista getting 3 wins. HHH is a guy who beat most of the roster over the past few years. To have someone like Batista that can all of a sudden beat HHH this consistently would seem a bit of a stretch.
Sigh, can't they just let Batista defend against someone else at the PPV?

you think he is ready for a world title matchup?
Possible Contenders against Batista IMO
-Edge -HBK -Christian (but he is going to smackdown) -HHH obviously -Flair maybe -Randy Orton -Jericho (if pushed back right but doesnt really need it

I wouldn't mind seeing Christian going over Batista instead of Triple H. That being said, it will never happen.

I've heard word that the WWE has licensed the trademarks for HHH/Batista III through VII with websites to pop up for each one.
Okay maybe that's not entirely all true... ;D

Great, Batista vs Triple all over again, but this time WITH A FENCE AROUND THEM! Bleh. I'm a fan of both of them but this is getting boring.

Maybe it will just be them without the title and a "Loser Leaves RAW" stipulation Edge could very likely be the champion by that time

WHOEVER SAID EDGE MUST BE IN DENIAL. WHAT HAS HE DONE TO DESERVE A TITLE MATCH? CHEATED TO WIN MATCHES, USED THE BREAFCASE TO WIN? YEP, BOT OF THE ABOVE. HE SUCKS. LETS SEE IF HE CAN WIN A MATCH STRAIGHT UP. I DON'T SEE IT HAPPENING. SHAWN NEEDS TO KICK EDGE'S TEETH OUT. LOL.

HBK SHELTON FLAIR DESERVES A SHOT AT THE TITLE AGAIN, HE'S BEEN THERE 16 TIMES AND HAD 1 TITLE SHOT SINCE HE CAME BACK TO WWE. 33 YEARS AND THEY'RE OVERLOOKING HIM.IT MAKES ME SICK THAT A MAN WHO PAID HIS DUES, ISN'T GETTING HIS RIGHTFUL SHOT. THE MAN ALMOST DIED IN A PLANECRASH IN 1974. CAME BACK AND WON ALL THOSE TITLES.

Would the Triple H Vs Batista Hell In A Cell Match not take place at Badd Blood 2005 as opposed to Vengeance? I thought Badd Blood was held in June usually and it always has a Hell In A Cell as a main event. I think there is no real need for another match between these two as they have already had two succesive PPV matches. I am glad that Batista is getting a run with the belt but he needs some fresh opponents. I personally think Triple H should take a break from Raw for a few months as he is getting seriously stale.

There isn't a Bad Blood this year because of the ECW One Night Stand PPV.
