"The Game" has gotten really old. Also, while it perfectly fit the badass HHH of 2000-2002, it doesn't as much fit the more blueblood-like HHH of Evolution. When I think of a guy who's supposed to be high-class and holier-than-thou like the current HHH, I don't think of Lemmy raspily yelling vocals.
Perhaps Jim Johnston (WWE composer) can make an updated instrumental mix of "The Game." I don't know.

Even though you're absolutely right that his current music doesn't really fit his current persona, I don't think that WWE is going to change it anytime soon. The song has become synonomous with HHH. Kind of like HBK's theme. I really don't think calling a 40 year old man a "sexy boy, boy toy" is that appropriate. However, the song is completely synonomous with Shawn himself, and that's why I don't think they'll ever change it.
But I still agree with you, HHH *should* get a new song.

well there's a perfectly good motorhead theme song just sititng on the shelf that hasn't been played to death, and HHH's character right now is pretty much still the embodiment of Evolution.

I remember hearing back in 2001 that Marilyn Manson did a theme for the Austin/Triple H tag team.

I disagree that Triple H needs a new entrance.
Lenny is right in that "The Game" is synonomous with Triple H. In addition to that fact, the crowds, love him or hate, still come loose when his music hits.

I would not be surprised if HHH were to be eventually coming out to the ring with Flair's music. Regardless of HHH's other antics, he has a very effective and memorable intro, why change it.

I disagree. I still think the song fits him.

I disagree. I still think the song fits him. It does, but perhaps he should go back to his "My Time" theme song....oh, wait. That would be too much of a shoot, wouldn't it? "Does anybody know who's sleeping with who?" Pure gold....

My Time was his best theme, if not one of the best themes ever.
Maybe I'd like him more if he went back to that, but he never will. He's a Motorhead mark.

Nahhh....he's just a Borg. He's already assimilated Ric Flair, and now he's trying with all his might for Lemmy. Run, Lemmy, run!!!! ;D

I AGREE, TRIPLE H NEEDS NEW ENTRANCE MUSIC. THIS "TIME TO PLAY THE GAME" BIT HAS WORN OUT. SOMEBODY MADE A COMMENT ON SHAWN MICHAELS' MUSIC. YEP, I AGREE THAT A GUY NEARING 40 SHOULD NOT BE CALLING HIMSELF THE HEARTBREAK KID STILL.THAT WAS FINE 10 YEARS AGO BECAUSE HE WAS YOUNG AND LOOKED LIKE A KID. BUT HE'S NOT THAT PERSON ANYMORE. TIME TO MOVE ON. BRING BACK THE MIDNIGHT ROCKER, WITH MARTY JANETTY

Thou shall not do anything to belittle Lemmy. With that said, all of you go to hell. The only thing left to like about Trips is the theme by one of the truly great bands of all time who have played longers, louder, and effin faster than anyone else.
Viva La Motorhead!

I like the Motorhead theme, of course I'm a Motorhead fan though. I think that HHH is a big Motorhead fan and the music still fits him so why change it.

If anybody needs to change his theme music it's Shawn Michaels. He's a 40+ year old married with children born again Christian and he still enters the ring to "I'm just a sexy boy!" No, you're not. Your old, balding, and can't wrestle anymore... Well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

"The Game" is to HHH as to what "Medal" or "U Suck" is to Kurt Angle, It just belongs even thought I like "My Time" better I think he should stick to his current theme til he dies
The following People should never change their themes: Triple H; Shawn Michaels; Kurt Angle; Stone Cold; Carlito Caribbean Cool; Big Show & Ric Flair wooooooooooo

I disagree for one reason, his entrance at WM was awesome. Triple H is into metal anyway, if you could get one of your favorite bands to do your entrance, you wouldn't want to change it either.
Don't diss Lemmy too.
