'Sall right though, matter of opinion. why ? strictly to annoy the hell out of people who don't enjoy him as much as I do I'll still stick with my HBK vote. Total package. Charisma, athleticism, mic skills, credibility and stroke. Everything a person needs to be a sucessful wrestler.

I would of voted Austin but since he's not an option I had to go with Flair. No one will ever do for the sport(wrestling wise) what he has. Quoted for emphasis.

Best wrestler is Angle, Olympic gold medalist. Hogan's popularity or Flair's 16 world titles can't top that.
If you're also taking into account the entertainment side of the business, the figures, the capacity to draw and to appeal people, then we'd discuss for ages wheter it'd be Flair, Hogan, Hart or Angle. But when it comes to "best wrestler", it's gotta be Angle.

Perhaps. But there was no one like Hogan before, and there has been no one like him since. There will be a bunch of young, stupidass kids in a few years who will call Randy Orton the greatest of all time... but I gaurantee you that if you compare the numbers, nobody is going to have more of an impact than Hogan. I had to go with Ric Flair. Not only was he one of the premiere in-ring performers of all-time, he can carry the mic as good as anyone the business has ever seen. My reason for quoting Asics Johnson was to respectfully disagree with his "compare the numbers statement." It is actually now generally accepted by many that Steve Austin had a greater "numbers" impact than Hogan. He sold more merchandise, tickets and pay-per-views than Hogan according to statements made by various people affiliated with WWE. His book, The Stone Cold Truth was a best-seller and several of his RAW magazines are among the best-selling wrestlings mags ever. If that's not enough, Vince has essentially said the emergence of Austin was the key factor in keeping WWE in business in the mid-to-late 90s.
