please bring back triple H!
RAW drew a 3.8 rating this week.
The overrun which featured Shawn Michaels vs. Edge only did a 3.8.

I wonder if it has to do with the fact that Batista didn't wrestle.
I hope HHH doesn't claim that the rating was low because he wasn't in every other segment...

Just goes and shows that Trips is the backbone of the company, and once people was aware of him walking out, they flipped the channel, knowing they couldn't see their all mighty hero spitting water.

Actually Trips walking out made me put my remote down for the rest of Raw.

I was overjoyed to see Trips walk out. I, too, put my remote down. Only problem is that you know the whole Vengeance match will happen between them, but, as shocking to Vince as this may be, we knew that anyway.

From what I've read, the ratings dropped the most when they showed Cena's rap video. HHH had nothing to do with it.

oh wow. A whole .3 points Seriously, they've been pulling close to a 3.8 average for a while. This isn't news. let me know when it drops to a 3 (roughly mid july when Diva Search is in full swing)

I was happy that for once in a very long time the show was not bogged down with HHH rambling on about nothing. ;D
Hopefully he'll be gone next week too.

The Stacy segment The 2 matches involving La Resistance. Lita's backstage acting
Any of these factors could've dipped the ratings.
Seriously, the ratings go up and down week to week, because sometimes it's raining outside and everyone watches, sometimes it's hot out and people go to the park.
No one wrestler has a real effect on ratings.

Actually that worthles POS called John Cena after destroying Smackdown's ratings(a ...2.9 last week??? ) now has come to destroy Raw with his stupid push to things beyond wrestling.: "RAW opened fine with a 3.8 rating, then improved to a 4.0, before falling big to a 3.5 for the segment that featured the John Cena rap music video and many commercial breaks. The Shawn Michaels/Edge match ended up getting just a 3.8 for the overrun. " Bottom line:The viewers want to see Batista and if accompanied by HHH,all the better. The segmet that had the best rating was ,once again, the Batista segment. They should ,ALWAYS,end the show wih a Batista segment to give a good push to the rating not put him in the beginning/middle of the show.(people watch him and then turn the channel). No wonder the WWE keeps pushing the Batista/HHH feud. Some smarks might hate it but it's the feud that have kept the WWE going the last few months as evident by ratings/buy-rates e.t.c.

.3 ratings are meaningless.
If everytime HHH was on TV Raw was getting a 5.0 and everytime someone else was on it dipperd to a 2.5. Their would be an arguement.
Obviously a music video sorrounded by a bunch of commercials is going to draw a lower rating.
This is coming from someone who can't stand Cena. But to make him out to be a ratings killer because his music video only drew a 3.5 is ridiculous.

I find it hysterical, to be honest.
Because on one hand, we have that troll is running around somewhere, claiming that everytime the ratings hit 3.8 they're SKYROCKETING because of the intense HHH/Batista feud that has caught the world by storm.
But now, the ratings have PLUMMETED to an abysmal 3.8 because HHH is nowhere to be seen, despite 3.8 being basically what WWE has gotten for the last year, give or take.
Batista/HHH has NOT sent the ratings into the atmosphere, they've been firmly supplanted where thye have been for the last year, and the numbers prove that de facto.

Uh oh! Raw's ratings went down this week by 0.3! SOMEONE CALL THE COPS!
But seriously, Raw's ratings have been hovering around the 4.0 mark more or less since November. It's really nothing to get all up in arms about.
