With all the "best of" DVD"s that WWE has been coming out with, I think a best of Owen Hart dvd would be perfectly fitting. Owen was certainly around long enough to give loads of fuel for such a collection to draw off of.
I think the possible matches for such a DVD would have to include Owne's world title match with Bret, the Tag Title victory with Davey Boy Smith, his fued with Steve Austin, and at least some of his matches with Triple H.
Some great easter eggs would include the tributes that were given the night after Owen's unfortunate death, his debut as the Blue Blazer, one of the High Energy promo's, some of the interviews Owen gave where he boasted about breaking Steve Austin's neck.
Any thoughts, suggestions?

Wouldn't happen. Martha Hart would never give the go-ahead. She's still pissed at Vince, and highly protective of Owen's likeness.

I bet if a decent percentage of the profits of an Owen Hart DVD went to the Hart family, I bet it could happen. I would buy a best of Owen DVD, because he had so many "best of" moments!

I loved Owen, but come on. He wasn't a big enough star to justify his own DVD. A huge Hart Foundation box set would however be huge.

Wasn't BIG enough. I always thought that he was waaayy better than Brett (except on the mic). Just the matches alone would be awesome.

Owen, sadly, is now the most famous Hart. There are a ton of people who know of him simply for how he died.
But I don't see a DVD happening for him. I posted a topic about DVDs I would love to see, but probably never will, and he was one of the first to come to mind.
Martha would never let it happen. It would be incredibly classy for WWE to donate all potential profits to the Owen Hart Foundation, but I don't know if it's still around and I highly doubt the opportunity would ever come up for a DVD tribute.
I do agree with a Hart Foundation box set, though. That would own! Or even just a history of the Hart Family/Hart Family Legacy.

Ok so you are telling me that Cena deserved to have a dvd but Owen doesnt? Yea I really see the logic there Yeah, and The E was using that DVD to hype up one of their current stars. Few wrestling marks cared about Owen when he died. His glory day's were back in 94 when he beat his brother and was never allowed to follow up on it. Just because you like Owen, don't BS yourself. When he died, he was rehashing an old gimmick that no one cared about for a run in, in a Jeff Jarrett match. He was recently in a program where he was a member of a black power group. Don't try and kid yourself and act like Owen was at the top of his game when he died. He was a great wrestler but at the time of his death he was just on a continuous slump from 94. Like I said, if they would do an owen DVD, it would be part of A Hart Foundation Package.
