I'd like to see the hat and here's something that's approprite for this thread whats funny about that was in 2004/05 he was the most over guy on the roster before Vince had to snork with his character Hated him with a passion at that time too, I hate rap and I despise "White eminem-like" whigga's. So I never was a fan, and I'll never will. He is bland, boring and just too kid-friendly for my taste

whats funny about that was in 2004/05 he was the most over guy on the roster before Vince had to smurf with his character To be fair, there are a lot of writers, so it's not all his fault, if at all. Who knows who to blame? Either way, who determines what makes a "Supercena"? I say he was NEVER as bad as Lashley got for a while. I don't recall him beating main eventers in handicap matches. Hate to break it to ya but kennedy is not a main eventer. Orton YES kennedy NOO that was a table match anyways. Or are you counting Lashleys wins over the ecw originals? Hardly main eventers in WWE. Cena however went over BOTH Khali & Umaga. If thats not Supercena then I dont know what is.

Punk won the title on his RAW Debut your point being? Punk cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, which he earned in a ladder match. Whereas Cena was given a title shot without wrestling for it. Point. He Was the Most Over guy on the Roster depite being injured

Point. thats a point? cena being handed a title match is superman booking? if he actually wrestled people for it and killed all the competition that would be superman booking, but being given a title shot and beating a guy who is (kayfabe) below his level does not make him supercena yet

"WWE ran with him as "the man" for about 2 and 1/2 years, and when he came back from his quad tear he started choking excessively"
...He hasn't torn a quad.

It's not superman booking until we see how challengers to the title are treated. One win isn't a superman streak, it's when he repeatedly defies the odds. Giving a returning main eventer a title match is just normal booking. It happened to Jericho, it's happened repeatedly to Batista, it happened to Edge and Taker, why would Cena be any different?

Were you going to put anything on your hat (maple syrup, chilli powder, Cool Whip, etc.) to spice up the cotton/wool blend of said hat?

I thought I'd give this a bump since upon Cena's return he won the title Punk won the title on his RAW Debut your point being? And here's me reading that thinking the poster just bumping up the original thread, and then making a short statement as to why he's doing it and why it needs to be brought back to our attention by stating a fact. His point was made, sir, clearly.

So that's one PPV down.
4 more to go, and the hat will be eaten.

So far I feel like Jericho is being portrayed as an equal in their matches; it's to the degree that every time they face eachother, I legitimately believe Jericho could win clean. Cena isn't overcoming odds; he's overcoming a worthy opponent.
I'm digging it.

It's not like his feud with Batista, where Batista virtually laughed in his face. Seems since that cage match of theirs, when Jericho didn't just win, he completely defeated Batista, the lesson has been "Don't take Jericho lightly."
