lol She could make a reasonably good living without WWE just doing those commercials. Also, her husband is a doctor or something rather I believe. If she leaves, I don't see how it's going to be that big of a loss for WWE.

Candice has been on the bench more than she's been wrestling the last two years, so honestly I don't think it would be a huge blow to the WWE to loose her. Shame too, for a nanosecond they were seriously giving her a solid push, but again, the injuries.

WWE won't miss anything without her, I find her the hottest of the current divas though so we'll miss her diva pics. Long as she models though finding new pics shouldn't be a problem. Can't see her as an actress though (unless she goes back to softcore porn), her acting skills in the WWE are pretty cringe-worthy at times when she talks.

Give her a few more great photoshoots, then let her go about other business.

Again, I like her, she's dedicated and she knows wrestling. Plus she's friendly as hell.

Candice has some pretty bad luck. In 2007 she was improving at lot in the ring to the point where previous doubters (including myself) were actually impressed by her progress. WWE probably wanted to push her as the next top face Diva now that Trish retired. It all went belly up once the injuries kicked in. I don't think WWE would want to risk investing that much in someone they see as injury-prone.
Won't surprise me if she gets the pink slip by the end of the year.

Give her a few more great photoshoots, then let her go about other business. Agreed. And put her on tv more than once every 2 months.

I gotta say unless Candice is gonna wrestle something safe like a zuccini she can go ahead and leave.

Nah, just let her go. She's already in her 30's so they can't do much with her.

The full quote (via: rajah.com/base/node/15339) doesn't make it as clear cut as some of the sites are reporting it: Seems like unless she can find good work elsewhere she'd want to stick with WWE.

I read this a few days ago and I knew the newz sites would jump on it. I think it sounds a lot less scandalous as these people are making it out to be.

But that's obviously not her call to make. Victoria hinted in her blog that she took the early retirement as the alternative would be a diva she cared about getting fired. Wouldn't suprise me if it was Candice. Fact is, the divas have so far escaped most of the heavy cuts. But with 18 women, at least one TV show's future in doubt and the brand extension dead in the water. I see that changing

I'd say shes the hottest Diva on the roster right now but my favourite female wrestler is easily Beth Phoenix.
I hope Candice doesnt re-sign as I'd rather she didnt hurt herself anymore.

Does getting back in the foot fetish industry count as modeling?
