Continued.
Okay, so here's the new way we're doing this. I'll post a match, let it run for roughly 24 hours (unless something comes up) and when I make a post calling that match I'll tally up the votes and get another match up. Of course now there can be no polls so you have to post whatever your vote is.
The last match up I made is not going to be counted because of a bunch of mess, but everyone before that is standing.
So here we go, let's continue this. Also, because I'm tired right now, I'm going for a minimulist description on these two contestants. Please remember that the only regulation to voting is that we're voting based on the movie renditions of these characters. You can vote based on whatever other criteria you'd like (favorite character, who would win, coolness, etc).
Here is a list of the previous winners and losers.
Round 1, old format: Winners: Blade (Puppet Master) Count Orlock (NOSFERATU) Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street series) Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre series) Mummy (Boris Karloff) Pumpkinhead (PUMPKINHEAD)
Losers: Dr. Alan Feinstone (The Dentist) Feast Monsters (Feast) Medusa (Clash of the Titans) Pamela Voorhees (Friday the 13th) Pluto (Hills Have Eyes 77) Pyramid Head (Silent Hill)
Round 1, new format: Cujo defeated The Metaluna Mutant Cloverfield Monster defeated Isaac Asami Yamazaki defeated Gunther Straker Leprechaun defeated Rhoda Penmark The Blob defeated Gozer

By the way, my descriptions will get better again. Like the old ones I had, I just got lazy tonight and wanted to go ahead and get this thing re-kick started.

My vote goes for the Mut-ANT (emphasis on the "ant").
And, since you told us that the prior matches count (except for the last one), would it be too much to ask that you remind us just how those previous bouts went? Eh?

I can't remember who faced each other match for match, DSR, but I do have marked down who won and lost and I'll post those. Give me a minute.

Cujo gets my vote here. Not enough killer dogs in horror cinema anymore.

Alright, DSR, and everyone else. I edited into my first post the list of previous winners and losers. I'll also keep that as a future refrence and as we go on I'll add each matches results to it.
I may take the time to go back through the boards and find all the matches so I can know which people were head to head match ups. Anyone that wants to help me with that I'd appreciate it. All I can remember is that Orlok beat Pamela Vorhees.

By the way, my descriptions will get better again. Like the old ones I had, I just got lazy tonight and wanted to go ahead and get this thing re-kick started. Personally, describing Cujo as "It's a Dog" made me almost do a spit take, so I approve of these descriptions. I vote Cujo by the way.

A lot more people voted in the poll versions of this than the type out your vote version. Still more time on this match.
