So with 2008 over and honestly the less discussion of TNA in 2008 the better. I hope that TNA will finally come to their senses and take the company to what it should be a push talent like AJ, Joe, MCMG, LAX, Abyss, Christopher Daniels and save the X and the Knockouts Divisions, which should me a major draw on your show and not be put on the backbuner.
Also get rid of all the dead weight of Kip James, Sting, Angle, Steiner and Booker and maybe sign some top indy wrestlers like Claudio or McGuiness or some ex-WWE who could add to the product like London, Elijah, or Cade and Murdoch.
Also enough of the stupid comedy skits like those lame Angle Alliance ones, comedy is fine in wrestling but too much lately especially the Palin ones as well, also do less gimmick matches which have dominated TNA since moving to Spike. Oh and another thing kill the character of Suicide, just let it die it'll benefit no one at all not fans, not the product, and especially not the man behind the mask.
I do want good things from TNA, because I want an interesting product apart from WWE and they do have some really good talent they just need to book them better and have real feuds and burying people in yet another contrived stable wars.

Angle, Booker, Steiner, and Sting being dead weight? Are you snorking kidding me? Anyway.
The continuation of the MEM/Frontline feud, and an actual major victory for the Frontline down the pipeline so it doesn't turn into nWo/Millionaires' Club 2008/9.
Better booking of the Knockouts Division and talent.
MUCH better booking of the X-Division and talent.
Better booking of the undercard and its feuds in general.
Hernandez' and Homicide's FoF title shots and hopeful title reigns.
New talent, especially in the Knockouts division.
Christy Hemme continuing to look sexy as hell.
More face knockouts. Specifically, ones that can actually pose a believable threat to Kong.
Raisha Saed to face turn and become Cheerleader Melissa.

There is no way in hell Sting and Angle are dead weight. Steiner is border line and Booker I think has "crossed the line". Indeed, I don't think he's ever brought anything to TNA.
I would like to see Christopher Daniels back, and Cheerleader Melissa "unveiled". In general, boosts to the X Division and women's division would be essential in setting TNA apart. Amazing Red was wrestling last month, and I think it would just be awesome if he returned.
I'd like to see the MEM storyline continue to build, hopefully with the introduction of some true TNA originals to help turn the tide.

A whole lot less Sting, Foley, Steiner, Nash and Booker. I know this isn't likely but, they bore the hell out of me and are an automatic channel change.
The return of Christopher Daniels.
More foreign/"unknown" talent.
Bring in some new tag teams and revive the division.

Also get rid of all the dead weight of Kip James, Sting, Angle, Steiner and Booker and maybe sign some top indy wrestlers like Claudio or McGuiness or some ex-WWE who could add to the product like London, Elijah, or Cade and Murdoch. Kip's doing a bang up job as the style consultant to the beautiful people and mostly serves as a jobber. He works well with most guys and he's got a wealth of knowledge. Sting, Angle, Steiner, and Booker are main eventers whether you like it or not they are names and sell tickets. Replacing main eventers with indy guys and WWE low carders makes TNA look low-rent by comparison. Seriously. I hope they establish LAX as a premier act, and Hernandez gets the Goldberg push

I hope that TNA will finally come to their senses and take the company to what it should be a push talent like AJ, Joe, I stopped reading there... because, you know, TNA totally buried Joe by making him World Heavyweight Champion for most of the year. AJ was involved in almost all of the major storylines throughout 2008.

For all comedy to be at least slightly funny.
I'm already tired of Foley in TNA, his announcements aren't entertaining and neither are the segments he's in.
There needs to be some happy medium with heels. WWE overpushes the faces, TNA overpushes the heels. Having your heels go over cleanly regularly in the main event of Impact is pushing it.
Give people more of a reason to boo the heels in general.
Give people a reason to cheer for more than just a few faces.
What's with the roid monkeys in the X division? Save the X division for your agile workers, I seem to remember it working quite well in the past. If you don't have enough, fire some of the roid monkeys and get some.
Awesome Kong has run her course, it's not interesting anymore. Do something at least a little different with her.
Christopher Daniels has an opportunity, right now, to become a top company face when he's always struggled in the past to make the big step to "top guy". Pull the trigger.
Suicide should simply not appear again. Don't bother pointing out that he's gone either, just pretend nothing happened.
On a broader note, make the show flow better. I know the bad promos are coming, and hopefully people behind the scenes know that they're bad by now. Having several in a row actively pisses me off. Have one more match per show, and yank a few of the bad promos.
Here's a suggestion: Opening match, bad promo, 2nd match, bad promo, bad promo, 3rd match, bad promo, 4th match, bad promo, main event.
I could handle that.

I was thinking of having the MEM adopt a young guy to shape up and be under their tutelage. Some guy brought by the Frontline only for that guy to betray them.
Also, a Scott Steiner rap album.
