Johnny Sorrow
- Johnny Sorrow was a normal human until an accident with a teleportational device shredded his body and transported his remains to another dimension. An entity called the King of Tears restores Sorrow's consciousness, which now inhabits a floating suit and mask. The character can become solid (and vulnerable) if removing the mask, although this also reveals Sorrow's altered face. Seeing Sorrow's face is instantly fatal to almost all living creatures. Sorrow himself is apparently also vulnerable to his own gaze, a recorded image of his face causing temporary paralysis. The character can also teleport; levitate and manipulate energy.

Jack T Chance
- Jack T. Chance is from the planet Garnet, also known as 'Hellhole' because it is one of the worst criminal worlds in existence. Repeatedly the Guardians of the Universe dispatched Green Lanterns to this planet in hope of redeeming the world, but each attempt ended in failure, usually fatally for the Green Lantern. Chance rejected the idea of a uniform, refusing to wear anything other than his own trashy clothes with a single small added symbol. He usually wears down those on the planet with his ring and then finishes them off with a sidearm.
Secret
- Secret was once an ordinary girl named Greta, whose adoptive brother Billy killed her as part of his plan to become the supervillain Harm. Because of the manner of her death, Greta remained stuck on this plane of existence, a gateway between the living and the dead. Formerly the ability to teleport, shape-shift, become ethereal, and take souls to the "other side".
Morro
- A Green Lantern from Sector 666. Guy Gardner revealed to Kyle Rayner that Morro requested his duty as penance, as he killed his pets' mother in rage when he wrongfully thought it ate his brother. - Andreas von Strucker and his twin sister Andrea were known together as Fenris; after she was killed, he became the new Swordsman. His Swordsman costume houses various hidden blades; his primary sword blade is sheathed in an adamantium alloy and can shoot a grappling hook-like projectile. His sword's hilt is wrapped with his late twin sister's skin and with the help of his sword's hilt he can release powerful bioelectric blasts of concussive force. He was killed by Norman Osborn with his own sword.

A foe of the Teen Titans primarily.
Predator X
- Created by the scientists of the Facility and having absorbed some of Mercury's bio-metal skin, Predator X is highly resistant to physical damage, being able to draw in materials from the surrounding environment to help reform itself. The beast also possesses superhuman strength and endurance, as well as the ability to track mutants by their genetic signature alone. Killed by Wolverine although a new one has been seen recently.
Whirlwind
- David Cannon is a mutant, who after discovering at an early age that he could move at great speeds turns to a life of crime. Using his first alias the Human Top and pursuing his career as a jewel thief, into conflict with Giant-Man and the Wasp on several occasions. Defeated each time, Cannon then redesigns his costume and adopts the alias of Whirlwind. Notable for being a villain in the Iron Man TV Series.
Karkas
- Karkas is a member of the Deviants, a monstrous off-shoot of humanity created by the Celestials. Karkas is an 8 foot tall adolescent, and quite intelligent and artistic despite his appearance.
