-------------------------------------------
Next up the first of two groups of recognisable and decent characters who I forgot about too late but probably need to have a chance .. they will get decent bios.
Still first to Four.
The Tinkerer
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/Tinkerer_Working.jpg)
- The Tinkerer (sometimes known as the Terrible Tinkerer) is an old man who has an almost superhuman gift of genius in engineering, able to invent sophisticated gadgets from nothing more than spare parts left over from ordinary household appliances. He is the third biggest weapon provider of the gangland (after Justin Hammer and Madame Menace). He is known to have created the suit for one of Spider-Man's greatest enemies, Mysterio, who once worked as one of his alien-suited servants. He created the Scorpion's tail and designed and armed the wheel-shaped vehicle called the Big Wheel, amongst other technological achievements. Currentlty retired but seemingly harrassed by various superheros due to his murky background.
Atomic Skull
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/118289-115168-atomic-skull_large.jpg)
- Student Joseph Martin was struck by an intense blast of energy from the Dominators' gene-bomb that gave him superhuman strength and caused his flesh to become invisible. Later attacked by some thugs, the resulting brain damage caused insanity, and he took on the guise of "The Atomic Skull" who was a hero from an old movie serial that he loved. He also emitted dangerous amounts of radiation, later gaining the ability to project it as energy blasts. He has plagued Superman, whom he believed to be the serial's villain Doctor Electron, and Lois Lane, whom he saw as the Skull's love interest, Zelda Wentworth. He was later given enhanced powers by the demon Neron in exchange for his soul. Cured of his delusions, he at first intended to follow the character's example for real as a superhero, but has since appeared as a more conventional villain.
Wasp
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/wasp.jpg)
- Janet van Dyne was a daughter of a wealthy scientist named Vernon van Dyne. During an experiment, however, an alien monster was unleashed and Dr. van Dyne was killed. Her father's associate, Dr. Henry "Hank" Pym, had created a substance called "Pym particles", which allowed the user to grow or shrink in size, and had become the superhero Ant-Man; when Janet's father died, she convinced Pym to help her, and he gave her a supply of "Pym particles" and subjected her to a procedure which granted her the ability to, upon shrinking, grow wings and fire blasts of energy, which she called her "wasp's stings". As Ant-Man and The Wasp, they defeated the monster and sent it to its own dimension, and had several more adventures together. She would be an integral part of the avengers until she was killed in the Skrull Invasion
Zoom
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/zoom.jpg)
- Hunter was severely injured in an attack by Gorilla Grodd in Iron Heights, when Grodd staged a mass prison break, and was left paralyzed from the waist down. He asked Wally West to use the time-travelling cosmic treadmill in the Flash Museum to prevent this from occurring, but West refused, saying that he could not risk damaging the timestream. Zolomon, feeling that Wally should be prepared to disregard such fears for the sake of their friendship, then broke into the museum and attempted to use the treadmill himself. The resulting explosion destroyed the museum and shifted Hunter's connection to time - described by Jay Garrick as him being 'derailed' from the timeline by the explosion - thus allows Zolomon to alter the speed at which he could move in time, giving him the effect of super-speed.
The Blob
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/blob.jpg)
- A mutant originally depicted as a morbidly obese circus freak, the Blob claims to be immovable. He possesses an extreme amount of pliable body mass, which grants him superhuman strength and his own gravitational pull. Possessing the mindset of a bully, he mostly uses his powers for petty crime and as a member of the Brotherhood of Mutants and Freedom Force. He is one of the most prominent, long-running mutants to be de-powered as a result of the Decimation storyline.
Prodigy (Ritchie Gilmore)
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Superheroes/440px-Prodigy_Ritchie_Gilmore_Head.jpg)
- Ritchie Gilmore is a typical jock, captain of his college wrestling team, and one of the most popular guys in school. But Ritchie wants more from life; he wants to be stronger and more powerful. The Black Marvel gives him the Prodigy costume, and the chance to be something better. The costume had been imbued with power: it gives Ritchie superhuman strength, he can leap so far and high that it appears that he is flying, and his cape even allows him to glide. During the Civil War he openly defied the registration act whilst drunk, this resulted in a fight with Iron Man which he lost.
Executioner
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/Skurge-the-Executioner.jpg)
- Skurge was born in Jotunheim, and later became a warrior, gaining his name the Executioner after fighting in a war against the Storm giants. Skurge has always had feelings for Amora, the Enchantress, and regularly aided her in various evil schemes to gain control of Asgard. However, the Enchantress only manipulates him, using her charms to keep Skurge under her thrall. Loki, the trickster God, also has used Skurge many times. His most notable moment happened at his death. Naglfar, the ship of the dead, was nearing ready to sail, and Hela promised Skurge a place of honor beside her on it at the battle of Ragnarok. In a rage at being manipulated, Skurge destroyed the ship with the sacrifice of his axe, forestalling the end of days. The group was pursued out of Hel, and at the bridge Gjallerbru Thor swore to hold the bridge as long as he could that the souls of the mortals could reach freedom. But then Skurge struck down Thor from behind, and amidst cries of traitor begged Balder to hear him speak. Hoping to enact vengeance upon those who mocked him, and to do what was right in the end, he would stay behind. He asked Balder to promise that Thor and he would drink to the memory of Skurge. Balder consented to Skurge's wish, and he, the Einherjar and the mortal souls departed Hel, taking the unconscious Thor with them. Skurge remained alone at Gjallerbru, armed with automatic rifles the Einherjar had brought from Earth. Though the armies of Hel marched upon the bridge, none crossed past where Skurge stood. As he fought down demon after demon, his stand impressed Hela herself, who would later sometimes tell of Skurge; "He stood alone at Gjallerbru. And that answer is enough." He was eventually overrun and killed by Hela's forces
Mephisto
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/mephisto.jpg)
- Mephisto is an immortal demonic entity possessing magical powers and abilities gained by manipulation of the forces of magic. Mephisto is capable of using his power for a variety of uses, including superhuman strength, shape and size shifting, projecting illusions, manipulating memories, altering time, and is highly resistant to injury. Mephisto is a perennial villain in the Marvel Universe, and is responsible for a number of evil acts, including capturing and holding the soul of Cynthia von Doom — the mother of Doctor Doom, posing as Satan creates the Ghost Rider by bonding the demon Zarathos to Johnny Blaze. Creating Blackheart, a demonic entity that plagues many of Earth's heroes and Mephisto also heals May Parker in exchange for changing the personal timelines of Peter Parker (Spider-Man) and Mary Jane Watson so that they never married, claiming he did so because he hated their happiness.
Cassandra Cain aka Batgirl
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/batgirl.jpg)
- The daughter of assassins David Cain and Lady Shiva, she was deprived of speech and human contact during her childhood as conditioning to become the world's greatest assassin. Consequently, Cassandra grew up to become an expert martial artist while simultaneously remaining mute, developing very limited social skills, and being illiterate. Batman eventually learns about Cassandra's past and how she murdered a businessman when she was eight years old, after Cain transmitted a video he had made of the murder to the Batcave. Nevertheless, Batman continues to accept Cassandra after she takes several bullets to save the life of a hired assassin, proving her devotion to protecting human life. This action illustrates the major difference between Cassandra and the other members of the Batman family; while the other characters were motivated to fight crime by the murders of loved ones, Cassandra is fighting crime to atone for a murder that she herself committed.
The Mole Man
![](http://i37.photobucket.com/albums/e99/Jokerspack/Tourney%20Pictures/147658-191090-mole-man_large.jpg)
- The Mole Man was originally Harvey Rupert Elder, an American nuclear engineer and explorer. Elder was socially shunned due to a combination of his abrasive personality and his homely, dwarfish appearance. Furthermore, his fellow explorers ridiculed him for his eccentric, crackpot theories regarding a Hollow Earth. In 1956, while following the group of explorers called the Monster Hunters, he stumbled upon Monster Island. When Elder fell into a massive cave leading deep into the underground realm of Subterranea, he decided his theories had finally been vindicated. However, he suffered permanent damage to his eyes when he gazed directly upon a highly reflective deposit of diamonds. Partially blind and apparently secluded from the surface world forever, Elder dubbed himself the Mole Man and began exploring his new home. He eventually became the ruler of the branch of Subterraneans now known as the Moloids, and the ruler of much of Subterranea and the caverns of Monster Isle. He used the Deviant-derived creatures and technology that he found in Subterranea to strike back at the outer world in numerous attempts to rule or humble the world that had rejected him.

I'm giving my vote to Cassandra Cain
