I think that WWE realized that Sarge wasn't going to get much of a recaction in Canada do they had him be a heel to get an easy reaction. That was what I thought was the case. He didn't get much of a reaction coming out until he started the heel bit. It does explain why I felt it was too forced. I bet he was thinking "I don't even work for WWE anymore. Nothing to lose!"

See, and I missed that episode, so I can't judge this against it, but of the ones I have seen...Slaughter was the worst. Even ZZ Top, who didn't even seem to be in the same building as the show, were more entertaining and did MORE than just come out to piss all over the crowd for NO f***ING REASON and then LEAVE.

I'll say 8just cause it was a heel Slaughter, and not bland face host like Million dollar Man was.

I'm going to be in the minority here.
I would've rather another week of Jeremy Piven and Dr. Ken to what we got last night.
Absolutely horrible.

Well...and from what I saw of Piven on the Recaps/Rewind last night, at LEAST he got in the ring and there was SOME payoff to his dick behavior. Slaughter got away with his bullcrap without one iota of repercussion...and not only that, but if agitating the live crowd is all he had to offer...how does that make him as a "guest host" any different than ANY of the prior heel GMs?

I just like the fact the show didn't revolve around him, like it has with previous hosts.

I thought sarge did a good job, I had a good time with it and even though I knew Bret wasn't coming out a part of me sort of hoped, and when he dashed that hope I had a strong urge to boo him. Then I realized I was smiling and frowning at the same time, and was being thoroughly entertained.

I don't get it. At all. It's kind of a small horse, I mean what am I missing? Am I crazy?
