Hardy is popular and makes money, Booker is not and cannot do either. Plus, again, Hardy hasn't been a primadonna bitch backstage. Booker isn't a drug abuser who's been arrested by the police for possession so I'd say it all equals out.

He has gotten into fights backstage, pulled power plays to get his wife a job on TV with him, get himself in creative meetings, claimed to be setup by WWE on his final suspension and, refused to job. If that is not primadonna attitude, I do not know what is. As far as not being popular, I don't think he is near Hardy's level (whom I was comparing him too). If he was, WCW would have been better off when he was champ and, TNA would have seen an upswing with him.

Part of the reason I don't see much upside with him is that, as a face, he's very similar to MVP, and as a heel, he does pretty much the same cowardly pompous stuff that 95% of WWE heels now do.

That was way before Book left WWE and apparently nobody cared much and some even said that Batista deserved it. Power plays: It wasn't his final say to put her on TV, it was Vinces and creative. If they refused to do it what would Booker threaten them with? Quitting? Vince has final say in everything, this isn't WCW where a wrestler can pull creative control. Plus their onscreen pairing worked pretty well. Setup by WWE: Not much different from the Mysterio situation, or Kurt Angles ever changing stories on why he left. Mysterio is still on TV and WWE would sign Kurt back in a second. Creative meetings: Oh yeah? Like Triple H? Maybe HHH should be fired too for using his political power. Popularity: That is like saying Kurt Angle isn't popular since TNA is far behind WWE with him as the most featured wrestler the majority of the time. I never said Book was as popular as Hardy or as much of a draw, just that he could easily be used in a role within the company as a midcard guy or top guy on ECW.

Isn't the deal with not putting over talent recently that he thinks that putting Matt Morgan over on free TV is a stupid idea when it would mean so much more to all involved if Morgan went over on Pay Per View? Perhaps he is wrong, considering TNA's low buyrates vs. their rising ratings. But I don't see how that would affect him returning to WWE. This is a business, after all. Everyone is interested in making the most money possible. Promoters and talent. So if WWE thinks Booker could make WWE money, he'll sign him. Period.

TV ratings/revenue from TV rights are the lifeblood of TNA, their PPV buys remain subterranean and Dixie will switch to a bi-monthly PPV model for TNA the 1st chance she gets.

Maybe the PPV aren't getting her money NOW, but everyone knows, in GENERAL, PPV is where the REAL money is at. And besides, a bi-monthly PPV isn't necessarily a bad thing. The TV ad Revenue? Sure, it's important. I never doubt that. But why the real reason why the PPV's are dong so badly is because of bad booking. WWE they ain't; they have to able to put on good PPV's. If they aren't doing this on TV, I'm sure as heck not going to buy any PPV of their's. TV can be free. I only have to pay for the cable package. That's it. PPV buyrates REALLY tell how strong your fanbase REALLY is, and if you are doing something right or wrong.

It would allow them to better promote their surviving PPV events and "slow-burn" build wrestlers. Hell, it would probably be a better model for WWE too, given their current PPV slump. Anyway, back to the topic, Booker didn't exactly give it his all for TNA, so I'm suspicious how well he'd do in WWE.

I think he'd be best used on ECW as the elder statesman that brings along the new talent.

just a thought....TNA is opting not to resign him since he doesn't want to put over younger talent so why would Vince bring him in when they are in the middle of a youth moment?

I had no interest in Booker returning, and I think those expecting WWE to rush to sign him up again are wrong. They don't need him.
...but then people mentioned Bookerdust and, well, y'know...Goldust is looking in his best shape in years at the moment, and the tag ranks could do with another addition...
So I don't know, maybe, maybe it could work.

His not refusing to put over talent. He wanted to put Morgan over on a more important scale.
It makes sense, and EVERY single vet wrestler has had this kinda stuff come up.
If you plain don't like the wrestler, just say it, instead of stretching poor reasons that sounds ridiculous.
Bookers been apart of mainstream promotions for the past 15 years plus, his far from a cancer backstage, and definitely has a name of value. I don't think the fact that his a popular act is even arguable. Anyway, i'm behind Booker in WWE i guess. I've enjoyed him in TNA though.

Right now the WWE will rehire any known talent if it helps the roster levels, so I can easily see it happening.

I like Booker's in ring work, but aside from his stinct as King Booker I never cared for his personality.
Is someone that really needs to brought back? He was over in the WWE, but he was never really a draw or a big merchandise seller and I don't really see him returning and having the same amount of success that he had before he left. Plus, isn't he getting up there in age? I just don't see what the WWE has to gain by bringing him back.

I wouldn't mind seeing Booker T come back to the WWE.
I would however LOVE to see King Bookah come back to the WWE.
