What were everyone's thoughts on this one? I thought it was maybe their best match against each other. I was kind of expecting them to mail it in, and a screwjob finish. What I got was the exact opposite.
Loved this match. Thoughts?

I expected nothing, especially heading into a PPV where they don't have a storyline together.
I got an amazing TV match. They worked very well together and I enjoyed it.

Not there best in my opinion, but still solid. They work great together.
Also since Trips won, he leads the match ups 2-1 and with a No Contest thrown in there.

Very good match. Enjoyed it greatly. Two legit Four Star TV matches in the last week between the two shows that people tend to crap on the most

Can't stand Cena/HHH matches. They're so paint-by-numbers and slow. It's like they take genericized booking from a big playbook of face vs. face matches and pattern Cena and Hunter's styles around that. It's just boring.
Neither HHH nor Cena are technical specialists, they brawl. That's what they do, so why waste time with a bunch of counters and weak-looking submissions? Get to the good stuff and BEAT THE s*** out of each other.
If they do another Cena/HHH match, I want it to be brutal, not stuck on the "OMG EPIC MATCH" formula.

They are amazing together and have some of the best chemistry of any pair in WWE with the added advantage of not being burned out.

Cena jumping back up after he got beat and hit with 3 Pedigrees made me shake my head...and I'm not even that big of an anti-Cena guy here on the boards.

Good match with zero at stake, and really no reason for one to go over the other except to give Cena his send of applause.

Id say it was borderline that area, I mean, this match just worked for me. Maybe it was the kicking out of the pedigree part. No one kicks out of the pedigree~!

I was just glad to see HHH finally break through the glass ceiling. Watch out for that Hunter kid, WWE. I see HUGE things on the horizon for him.

It was the kind of TV match that RAW has been lacking for quite some time. The story unfolded quite nicely, and Cena not overcoming the odds was a nice little swerve.

Pretty good, not as good as their previous meeting, though.
But unless Cena's winning at Bragging Rights, the wrong guy won.

At this point the only time Cena remembers how to sell is when he gets legit injured. I cant even watch the mans matches anymore. I dont even care if he goes over both rosters at the same time, then buries the ECW roster in an after match promo. AT LEAST ACT SLIGHTLY HURT YOU DOUCHE. Graaaaah. As you can tell, this is a sore spot with me.

I dunno, I didn't enjoy as much. I still really have a problem with Cena's selling - I don't hate the guy, but it really grates me at times. Not that HHH is any great shakes in that area either, mind you.
It was a decent match, but no more than that. I'd rather have seen them go 5-10 minutes less, and got a proper HBK/Jericho match as the main event.
