I have a theory: JEFF HARDY..... Ashton: Dude, you've been PUNK'D! Jeff:...What?! Ashton: Yeah! I sent that package, and my friend Dakk played the cop! Jeff: So all of this was your fault?! Ashton: I also burned down your house last year! Jeff: You WHAT?! Ahston: PUNK'D! *Next day* Anchorman: Former WWE Superstar Jett Harvey has been arrested for first degree murder...

Okay, so if this is true (big if) this random person has already out-heeled CM Punk and Matt Hardy.
Sign him or her Vince!

As hilarious as this would be as a kayfabe angle with either Punk or Vince as the "culprit," Vince won't be doing anything with this on air now that Linda is running for office.
I agree that a "It was me, Jeff! It was me all along!!" angle would be a laugh riot though.

Could it have been Rikishi? He pretty much does anything for Tha Rock. Rikishi never seemed much of a thinker, I doubt he'd go to all the trouble of buying drugs, sending them in a package to Jeff, and then tipping off the cops. Not when he could just run him down in a parking lot.

So wait... I was under the impression that when the cops were tipped off to this suspicious package, they showed up and raided his house and found a bunch of other stuff he'd already had. Is that not the case? Overblown exaggerated early story?

Is that not the case? Overblown exaggerated early story? He may of had other stuff, it's possible, but I don't know the details of the case. It'd also end up blowing holes in the justifiable cause if he got set up. I guess we'll see what happens when it goes to trial.

Is that not the case? Overblown exaggerated early story? All the stuff reported was listed in the affidavit but, other than the Coke residue, were with legal amounts provided he had a prescription, though it was the high end of the scale.

I'm not sure I buy the "innocent framing victim" story, but stranger things have happened. If Kurt Angle's brushes with law enforcement can teach us anything, its that things often turn out differently than we expect once they are presented to the court.

It's also worth noting that even for a wrestler, Jeff has some very passionate fans. A stalker pulling this kind of crap wouldn't shock me in the slightest.

Does anybody else get the feeling that something like this could only happen to Jeff Hardy? I can't picture it happening to any other wrestler.

I'm sorry, but you know this how? What personal knowledge do you have that what has been told to us was the truth?

Wow, this situation seems like it's ripped from a wacky cop drama. If he was framed, someone really had determination to buy all those thing in the package. Send it to Jeff, and call the cops. That person really, hates Jeff Hardy.

this may not be such a big if. I live in Virginia and I read a story in the Washington Post magazine about a shipping company being used to deliver drugs. It was a deeply upsetting story. It seems that they'll send random packages to people, leaving them on the doorstep at times they aren't home. Then a seemingly random passerby who knew about the delivery picks up the package before it's taken inside. The law enforcement people(possibly DEA) knew that this was the case but still seemed intent on treating the people who got the packages like criminals. One time the Mayor of a small town recieved a package, they busted into his home that night, arrested him and his wife and SHOT their two dogs. Even though they weren't being agressive. www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/01/23/AR2009012302935.html
