Christian vs Jack Swagger on ECW was excellent as well, I will say. Christian's probably my candidate for WWE Wrestler Of The Year.

So I'm the only person who thought Hunter/Orton LMS was MOTY? No offense man, but how could you think that was MOTY compared to stuff like HBK vs. Taker? Clear heel/face divide. Told a fantastic story, built up brilliantly, Hunter sold really well. The gimmick was worked into the match rather than the whole point of the match, and it just drew me in and entertained me more than any other match this year. Taker/HBK paled in comparison. It was a good match, but didn't carry any emotional investment for me. |
