WCTNA.com exclusive: During commercial before AJ's match, the following happens:

At Victory Road, I walked in to challenge to the WCTNA World Championship. I fought, I gave my all and I came this close, this close. But in the end, on that night, I just wasn't good enough. Since then I've thought a lot about where I am and where I'm going. What I didn't expect was to come in and find out that not only do I not get a rematch, that I'm not even in consideration for a title shot. I mean look at this.

Shawn Daivari. Because he beats Sting he thinks he's something overnight. It takes years to become a legend Shawn. I know.

Scott Steiner. A man who has one of the greatest legacies in this business but would rather spend his time messing with guys far younger and more agile than him.

Samoa Joe. A guy who has been attacking our glorious founder for no reason whatsoever?

Kurt Angle. Okay, maybe Kurt deserves a shot. He is arguably the greatest wrestler in this business today. But what have you done lately?

And that brings me to why I'm out here. AJ Styles. Now this is my biggest problem. AJ got his shot at Brutus Magnus and he lost. So he took his ball and went home. I lost too AJ! The difference is I'm still here. Then you waltz back in and right away, you're Legends champion. What the hell did you do to get a title shot? Crying and complaining is not the way a champion acts AJ. You lost. Get over it!

I've reached my epiphany. AJ! I'm coming after your Legends title. One way or another I will be a champion again. All it takes is one thing.
