In addition, cottage cheese is also very filling. Good for those on a budget. Try cottage cheese heaped on two halves of a toasted bagel and you'll see what I mean. Also goes very well with fresh fruit (as well as with canned fruit, if you don't mind the extra sugar and calories). |
