Let's see if I can remember them all... this is in no order whatsoever.
Slipknot Disturbed Walls of Jericho Machine Head 36 Crazyfists Dragonforce Lamb of God Children of Bodom Municipal Waste God Forbid As I Lay Dying Tool Slayer Marilyn Manson Spice Girls (I was taking my girlfriend, it was her Christmas gift, and I got some out of the deal, so shut up) Meat Loaf Theory of a Deadman Default Ashes of Soma
And, if it counts, I was within listening distance of a Megadeth concert. Didn't actually see it, but heard the entire thing.

GWAR (way more time than I remember) Misfits (a whole bunch of times) Sloppy Seconds (5-6 times) Helmet Circle Jerks Living Colour Exodus Slayer Megadeth Anthrax Lamb of God* All that Remains* Ignite Rise Against Dead Milkmen Social Distortion
* Seen way too many bands to list them all if I included all the opening acts. Bands marked with an * were not the headliners that night.

Okay, time to see if I can remember:
Coheed & Cambria (5 times. f***ing excellent every time) My Chemical Romance (Twice. Amazing shows, both of them. They played the entire Black Parade when I saw them the second time...that was great shit.) Underoath Rise Against Flee the Seen The Used Senses Fail Living Things The New Amsterdams Chiodos Dethklok Soilent Green Chimaira (Such a boring show. Though I think they're bland anyway so I guess I expected it.) The Dresden Dolls Your Vegas Shiny Toy Guns (Totally fun show, these guys were awesome.) 3 A Static Lullaby AFI Blaqk Audio Sick of it All The Dear and Departed Circa Survive Saosin Billy Talent As I Lay Dying Avenged Sevenfold (I'm not really fond of their last couple of albums, but they put on a hell of a show) Bad Religion Taking Back Sunday Dir en Grey The Fall of Troy Deftones (Easily the most boring show I've ever been to. Even moreso than Chimaira. Seriously no disrespect, but this was just so...dull.) Killswitch Engage League
That's all I can really remember. I know there are more. Some of the opening acts I've seen simply aren't coming to me. But yeah...that's nowhere near enough, I haven't been to a show in forever and I'm dying to go again.

I haven't been to many shows myself. Biggest shows I've been to:
Motörhead (4 times and counting!) Judas Priest Heaven and Hell (/Black Sabbath) Testament Overkill Reverend Horton Heat Nashville Pussy Warbringer Merciless Death
One of the last times I saw Motörhead...that's me to the right in the leather jacket! One of the best nights ever for me, really.
...actually, yeah. That's all that matters.

I've seen too many bands to list. Hell, I was at a concert last night!
Two small norwegian indie bands that nobody here has ever heard, sure, but that's the kinda concerts I go to the most. Small venues.
PS! Everybody check out Hiawata! (http://www.myspace.com/hiawata) and Kenneth Ishak (http://www.myspace.com/kennethishak)
DO IT NOW! And buy their records!

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band (3 times) - Awesome! Bon Jovi (3 times) - Also amazing! *Bryan Adams -- before he went mainstream/adult contemporary *Extreme *Sass Jordan *Grapes of Wrath *Steve Miller Band **Depeche Mode **Coldplay Aerosmith Lenny Kravitz
* - All five played a festival concert. Only the Steve Miller Band sucked.
** - I'm not a fan of either band, but I went with someone who is a big fan. Both bands were actually very good in concert.
