I've never seen it spelled that way. As that one is spelled,I guess the second one but I've always seen it spelled Jeremy.

It would have to be pronounced the second way given how it's spelled here. But like the above poster I've never seen it spelled this way before.

so i just looked up "Jermey" on wikipedia, no page came up and it asked if i meant "Jersey"

Oddly enough, my roommates have a child named Jeremy. And his mother pronounces it the second way. Every time she says his name, I want to smack her for making her child grow up thinking his name is "germy."
