...was awesome. Having seen some of the stuff he wanted to say but didn't it makes me hate the audience who were there. He was awesome. Both times.

I loved that VMA show overall. Lady Gaga, Muse and Jay-Z were the performances of the night for me, on top of the Kanye hilarity.

I think he is an unfunny jackass and Chris Rock did that stuff tons better but that's just my opinion.

I hate Russell Brand with a passion. It's like Lady Gaga. He's never "off". Even in interviews he hyper-articulates and is generally the kind of person one would like to punch in the face.

Besides the clip of Kanye interrupting Taylor Swift, I haven't seen anything from the 2009 VMAs. But I loved his 2008 monologue for the line "The Jonas Brothers wearing purity rings is like Superman taking the bus" and after Jordin Sparks stood up for the JoBros Brand had a great retort, "I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea. I think purity rings are great. In fact. I hope to collect a few tonight".

He was absolutely horrible and awkward last year. He moved up to tolerable this year. I can't believe Katy Perry fell for his BS and is now dating him though.
