Step 1: Purchase a pair of neat looking plain, black, sunglasses.
Step 2: Purchase a Bedazzler.
Step 3: Get to work.
Other than that, I would imagine an actual pair could get a bit pricey.

They're Chrome Hearts glasses...
I think they run for 500, but it might be more. I haven't checked up on them for a long time.

If i remember right, Elijah start used them on his Black Pope gimmick, after he was fired, John Morrison took them and stat used them himself, so Morrison steal Burke´s glasses.

Chrome Hearts. Its a luxury clothing company that many celebrities buy from.
I know there are different models. One model he owns, I believe called the Step Child, is about $600.00.
