So I'm watching Jingle all the way on TBS. And I can't help but think of all the crimes Arnold Schwarzengger's character committed, and how he really should've went to jail at the end.
So what other shows and movies are there in which a character should've went to jail but didn't

I'd say The Fast and the Furious trilogy (2F2F i inexplicably does not count), but eventually pretty much everyone (main character wise) was charged for something in some way or another.

The Grinch who stole Christmas...in the end he should have been taken to jail for stealing and unlawful entering.

The only ones I can think of are Jackie Chan movies...
In "Dragons Forever" (I think), Jackie is defending a criminal in court and wins the case. After the case is thrown out, the crook says and Jackie punches him in the face... right in front of the judge. The judge just shakes his finger at Jackie and walks out.
In "Rumble in the Bronx", the police pretty much ignore their jobs when they let Jackie take the hovercraft to catch White Tiger.
