I'd say no because I'm alaskan native. I get free health and dental care. That aside, if I wasn't I'd have to say yes. You have to have a way of keeping your health up somehow even if you are unfortunate and poor. But, my answer's No to make it easy

In my opinion, it's the requirements. They shouldn't base whether they'll cover you if you have a certain disease or not. It's not the person's fault if they have something uncoverable.
