His agent says he's fine.

Probably reckless driving, failure to yield and the like. Still, a very weird story. I hope he recovers soon.

I'm getting such conflicting information here. CNN is still reporting seriously injured.
You know, given the year it's been for celebs, anyone else just a little freaked out by this?

The local mayor says that he's been released from hospital.

Let's see, we have half of the reports saying he is fine and released from the hospital and the other half is saying he's in critical condition....well...which one is it?!

As the general consensus is that he's been released from hospital and is more or less fine... ![](http://i49.tinypic.com/3588l1s.jpg)

This is without a doubt the worst reporting I've ever seen the media do.
Absolutely uncalled for.

This is without a doubt the worst reporting I've ever seen the media do. Absolutely uncalled for. Sky News were talking about him like he was dead. I think they were secretly hoping for another Michael Jackson.

He's fine and with this year especially I wish the news media would stop making more of a big deal than it really was. Facial lacerations-that was all. Glad he's ok though.

Glad he's OK, yes. However, I still would like to know what happened. One does not just leave your house at 2 AM and promptly hit a fire hydrant and a tree.

There's gotta be more to this story than what we're hearing. He was pulling out of his driveway at 2:25 AM the morning after Thanksgiving? Who does that? Elin really, really wants Lego Rock Band and some cardigans from Old Navy. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

This is why you never take a mourning drive unless you are 100% awake.

A lot of people jumping to conclusions. just because you can't think of reasons to drive at 2 am that aren't illegal/shady doesn't mean they don't exist.
Let's just find out what happened THEN we can all hold him to a higher moral standard we would anyone else.

That's actually not why I'm worried about what happened. I'm worried he may have had a health issue while he was driving that caused the accident. 33 is not too young to have a seizure or worse, you know.
I'm just wondering.

Well, the plot thickens:
From the AP
Far be it for me to be guessing, but I'm getting a nasty feeling in my gut that something happened to Woods, possibly medically related. But I am just guessing. But something is not right here and I'm worried about him.

You know, indeed considering this year, its good that Woods is alright.
As for "why was he driving in the morning"...well, why not? He's a private citizen. Its none of our business.
