Crash Bandicoot 2 is the first game I completed from start to finish without using level cheats I think.

No idea since I've been playing video games since I was 3 or 4 or hell maybe even my late 2's. Probably Super Mario World or Super Mario Kart or something.

It came to mind that it would have been "Power Rangers Zeo Versus The Machine Empire", but it always crashed at the last boss where you fight as the Megazord.

I'm going to go with either Super Mario Brothers or Legend of Zelda. I'm either really good at games (that I completed one at a really young age) or just really old. I feel optimistic, and say the former.

I Started on Atari 2600, first game I ever played was Frogs and Flies. Most of those games you didn't beat, you shot for high scores.
I would have to guess it was Super Mario Bros. As it came with my NES, and was the first real game I ad that I could "Beat".
