So I had a weird dream. Was back in high school but that part is a little hazy. There was the US international football team with Steve Young who I yelled at the team because it was boring how they win all the time. Then I ran off to a river edge where some lacrosse game is going on (indentified as field hockey it the dream but it was lacrosse). So I run off and jump and start flying along side a beautiful river fenced in that I have to jump in air to keep aloft. So I reach. The US Canadian border and at some point I know my brother died. So I grab onto a few trees because I could fly any more and had to get back down. I tried to talk to the border gaurds to let me in the US. So my mom comes and gets me back home.
New scene in which we see Hank Hill trying ostrache burgers that look like salmon bright pink and all. So I guess there's going to be a vollyball game but I'm the captain but I get offendedbecause they try to just put us against bimbos so they could jump up and down. So I lead them to walk out while throwing out some burgers. That part was weird because it didn't feel like I was supposed to be the captain yet I was controlung him.
So in the same gym/ hall that the VB game was supposed to take place there is sometype of get together for my dead brother. So I pass a tv in which the 1980's Islanders are playing the Penguins I walk the hall. I see a ghost of my brother and I start balling like a baby and this was the first time I cried over it. I try to talk to him but my mom sees and tries to comfort me but I try to get her to leave me alone. At that point I actually wake up with tears in my eyes and shaken up for a bit
Trying to go back to sleep before I actually have to wake up.

Regularly. I have very vivid and graphic dreams. Kinda the same for me. Haven't really cried yet, but I've had a few dreams and nightmares that gave me an upset stomach, a headache, or in a few cases, kinda puked after waking up.

I think I may have, not bawling my eyes out or anything, but just cry a few tears before realising it's alright and getting back to sleep. They're usually about the death of a family member or a friend. I've woken up feeling really really panicky and sick a few times.
I'm usually just extremely fustrated and often humiliated in my dreams. And then there are the ones which leave me with me saying WTF.

This usually only ever happens when I'm having a dream where something incredible is happening that will never happen in life and I realize that it's just a dream while still dreaming. Like being with my dream girl who I love to death but can never actually be with because she's my best friend. Like that.
Or when someone dies. That always kills me. Last time it was like that, I had a dream about my dog dying again. That was more of a flashback though. Except it didn't have that cool LOST swooshing sound accompanying it.
EDIT: Strangely enough, I laugh a lot in my dreams. Like, I wake up laughing hysterically. My dreams are extraordinarily clever, much more clever than I am in life. I'll usually wind up dreaming up a really good facebook status that gets a ton of comments. Or I'll come up with a killer idea for a short story. Hell, in one dream I was putting together a leather-and-lace burlesque troupe and named them Lace of Base. It's weird.

I recently had one where I found my mom back home. But every time I tried to look at her, my eyes were really blurry. And I couldn't hear what she was trying to say.
I woke up with tears in my eyes.
It's hard because it's only been 8 or 9 months since she died, but I'm already forgetting how her voice sounds, and that makes me feel ashamed and sad.

I've forgotten pretty much how my dad's parents looked and sounded like. It only takes a smell that reminds me of them and that night I have a dream about them. Sometimes, dreams suck :/

I've had the odd depressing/morbid dream in the past, but only recently I had one where I woke up and felt so goddamn low and close to tears that it took quite a few hours to shake off the feeling. Horrible stuff.

I've had two, bothe reoccurring. First, I'm sitting in the backseat of the stationwagon we had when I was little and the car is driving down the highway. I'm sitting there buckled into the seat, but no one is saying anything and the car keeps getting faster. Eventually I get out of the seatbelt to see why my parents are being so quiet, but no one is in the car besides me. At that point it speeds up until I wake up panicking.
The second one is in a hospital room. Everything seems so real, it even has that smell, and I think that's what gets to me. It's ptich dark and the machines keep beeping. I did spend a lot of time in hospitals as a kid, but, as familiar as the dream seems, I can't figure out why this one messes with me the way it does. When I wake up from it, I can't get back to sleep for hours.

Never cried but I have woken up really shaken up one time when I was dreaming. I was at home and everyone was crying because my granddad had died, it wasn't very long but when I woke up I couldn't get back to sleep until I knew he was ok.

Something bad almost always happens to me or a loved one in the dreams I recall the most (I've been shot, stabbed, stalked by a fat guy in an orange hat, thrown off a building, been in a plane crash, been in a bus driven into a lake by a madman, and attacked by bats), but I don't recall crying during any of them or waking up particuarly sad.
Most of the time I just wake up scared out of my mind, but happy to be awake and knowing me and the people around me are alright.

I haven't had dreams where I wake up crying, but have woken up pretty shaken and upset. Most of the time I can't remember what I was dreaming about, so its just a weird emotion that quickly disappears as soon as I come to.
The weird dreams I had for quite a while always focused around me losing my teeth. It was odd, as it'd usually be a nightmare or at least a bad dream and I'd inevitably become aware I was sleeping and wake up, but not before I felt like I lost my teeth. I'd wake up and start feeling in my mouth, as it'd honestly feel like I was missing some. The worse was when I started to get caught in the "inbetween zone", where you know you're sleeping and try to wake yourself up and think you are awake, yet you're still in a haze.
I looked up the teeth thing in the dream analyzer books and it says it focuses around uncertainty in your future and trepidation about your path in life. Seems pretty accurate.....

For about a month I would regularly have very vivid dreams where I would break down into heavy sobbing. I would explain but then I would have to explain details about people in my life and frankly, I don't want to share that.

Almost happened with a dream in which I died slowly and painfully. The pain in the dream was too intense. I've never felt anything like it before (a serious comparison is that it felt like every bone in my body was slowly breaking apart and the splinters were piercing my inner organs, a funnier one is that it felt like getting punched in the sack if I had sacks all over my body). I tried to ask for help but everyone I love either ignored me or laughed at me (my mother even kicked me while I was on the floor). I woke up when I "died" alone in the middle of the street, and had to repeat out loud that there's no prove that dreams mean anything to calm myself down.
